it doesnt matter what kind of spring it is and what price its marketed at. most importantly, you must lie down on the mattress and try it for yourself. whichever u feel supports you most comfortably, thats the mattress for you. mattress is a very individual thing. what i feel is good, may not be good to u.

imo, FS audit is not really about gaining wealth or anything. As long as everything is smooth and nothing untoward happens, i would feel that the FS is working.

went down to hafary today and did some last min changes to kitchen and bathroom wall tiles. changed bathroom tiles from rough to smooth surface. easier maintenance. can't wait for the reno to start tomorrow morning.

if u are quoted for LG Hi Macs. i would say its around that price. cheapest i got from most IDs are 120 pfr (white) since darker colours cost more

i tried out simmons/sealy/serta/maxcoil/omazz earmarked serta/omazz. and wife said omazz gives her back pain. so we settled on serta. initally wanted sealy, but was told its not good for light sleeper. and since wife is light sleeper, sealy is no go. sierra hills is a very good mattress. but i was told by the serta salesperson that sierra hills is in stock because sophistication is out. the only diff between SH and sophi is the material of the top layer. (dunno whether he said that just to make me buy tho)

hi merydith, saw u got the sierra hills. we tried that bed last dec but at that time, felt that its a little early to commit. so we waited till now. end up, sierra hills is no longer available. so we settled for sophistication instead.

imo, the general rule is, if it makes u feel uncomfortable, its bad. somehow, our body have a general sense of whats good and whats bad for u. to make urself feel better, u can consider getting a geomancer to audit your place. if he says its no prob, you will be able to sleep better at night. else he may be able to provide some advice on what to do

when i was looking for tiles in HAFARY, the whitest homo tile i can find is still slightly off white. was told by the staff there that homo tiles doesn't come in pure white

most of the time, u wun get the design until u paid the deposit. so its quite unlikely u'll get the design and go to contractor. most prob u can only get space planning advice, which contractors can do pretty well. I chose an ID in the end coz i needed their expertise on the design portion (eg. how the feature wall looks like) most contractors i go to are unable to provide that and requires me to provide them with the design. I'm not really inclined on the creativity part, so i have no choice but to pay others to do it for me. Of course, there are companies that sells designs to you and you can approach contractors to do it. Whether they can turn out what is in the 3D drawing is another issue. just my 2 cents.

i was quoted 120/sf by my ID for LG Hi Macs. and 120/sf for black galaxy granite. so i chose granite. unless i settle for other brands of SS which is cheaper.

according to the bathroom accessories guide in square rooms (or was it home & decor?), if u have a budget, save on the basin and splurge on the tap. the tap makes a difference. basin usually doesnt give much problems

but sometimes the brand makes a difference. the design may be the same but if its frm a more reputable brand. it will cost more
