Hi there i need to enquire about rising a wooden pole scaffolding in a semi-D housing... Do we need any sort of permit or we can just approach the scaffolding personal? How much is the cost for raising such a scaffolding around the semi-D for painting and general repairs? Thanks a lot Lawrence
