Hi All bought a Kelvinator dryer. Din mount it at my previous place but now moving into a new place, found that i have lost the mounting brackets who shd I approach? a contractor or go back to the supplier to get the brackets and ask them to help me mount the dryer? (for a fee of course). any cheap way to do this? thanks in advance

Hi Folks rented out my rooms in my HDB flat to expat tenant. Tenant is overseas, has not paid me for last mth and this mth rental, saying will be back end this mth to settle. Thereafter not contactable. All the barang in my rooms! Wat can I do? Feel like throwing all the things out, esp the clause in the tenancy agreement says I can take action as I deem fit if tenant has not paid after 7 days. Anyone know a lawyer contact?
