My comments: He is a cheater who took our deposit and went into hiding. (this is a fact and not bad mothing/ slandering) Work is delayed after the he pushed the responsibility to his wife... cannot move in on time already. Wife doesn't pick up calls now, so the delay is going to drag for more months to come. Very troubled because all that was promised, ie 2-3 weeks can finish already, he won't run away, next week confirm do for me, all the bull**** from them were not fulfilled.

I am also one of those who got trapped in this scenario. Paid 1st 40% already and nothing was done to my house. Called florence but no response. It has aleady been 2 months and there is no progress at all. Need to shift in in a month's time but I don't this is possible any more. Because there is money sinked in, we are not sure to continue with her or to move on. Hard earned money gone down the drain.
