Get well soon Samy jie! I also had bouts of sickness during my reno process. Almost blacked out one day earlier this month. Think everyone will come down with some sort of sickness during reno phase. Shd term this 'Renogitis'. And dun worry to much abt ur reno 1st bah. Since u chose that fella liao, must be u have lots of confidence in him so worry only when needed to yah.

Mine went this way: - Hacking - Masonry works (Tiling, screeding where applicable) - replace windows - plastering - electrical trunking laid - run water pipe (no gas pipes for me but shd be here) - electrical wiring laid (partial) - false ceiling & L-box installation - aircon trunking and fancoil installation - painting round 1 - install sanitary stuff + masonry for bathtub - install ceiling fans and lights (where applicable) - install toilet and kitchen doors - install window grilles - cleaning and acid wash round 1 - install laminate flooring for 2 bedrooms - delivery of kitchen appliances - carpentry works - electrical and lights installation part 2 - install main gate - install main and bedroom doors - plastering touch up (minimal spots just in case) - painting touch up (2nd coat) - cleaning, acid wash round 2 - HO - ORD from rental place - Home Sweet Home.......

GG, good info here. Any idea if the Wii have optical audio connection? i think Wii has no HDMI right? i read that PS3 connects via HDMI and uses bitstream for best audio. But i thot HDMI only process video, not audio? If i have to use the optical connection, this would force the PS3 to downgrade the HD audio (lossless/HR) to low bitrate lossy SD audio leh... So basically, if a device only provides Dolby Digital/DTS (eg DVD or Mio/SCV), i dun need to connect to the AVR if im short of ports tio?

Yah...i got attracted to the silver exterior and its curves too... Went for this model coz of the e-ion Air Purifying System...sharp plasmacluster have something similar, i think but i liked the looks of the panny more... initially wanted to get the 24JKZ but found out the indoor BTU is up to 20500 btu/h whilst the 18JKZ cooling capacity is up to 17700 btu/h. Air circulation for the 18JKZ, covers 640 ft3/min whilst the 650 ft3/min. so to save the difference of $200+, i opted on the 18JKZ.

Coz if its the toilet one, the floor is white tiles...and it looks smooth coz of Mr Yeak's brilliant tilers...hardly any grouts! he wun let me in much on the trade secret though...haha for the other one look like cement screed coz after hack i ask him to cement screed for me to overlay with the laminates lor... Hi Joleena, now i see why u enquired abt rainshower in the tub...think if u really need a wash basin in the toilet, then dun seem to have space for the shower to be separated from the tub. whats the length of the tub u can go for? btw, round MBR orh...plans for a round custom bed and mattress??
