eh...same ah? high 5 man! haha...every tournament on paper looks high chance for the Dutch to win but they always implode and failed to deceive leh.... i like spain too coz of the liverpool and barcelona players...Lol but might consider supporting an underdog just so it feels much better if they win... got, im installing single split in the hall...save environment and my health, install one only. Lol. did consider plants but they will probably be chewed up by my cat... no lah...reasonable coz still within budget after deciding to take out some unnecessary stuff from my quote...important thing is i must not lose sleep if i dun get it..since i lost sleep when i chose the 2nd option, decided, what the heck i gotta have my greek volakas lookalike tiles! Yay! now i sleep better lor...tho weather still stuffy... yup, i like that woody one as well. its 15 by 90cm i think and if u step on it or run ur fingers on it does have that woody texture which i feel compliments the white tiles alot giving a modern yet raw feel to the home.. i think if you really like ur job, any distance wouldnt matter yah...although it does help to be nearer coz of time savings...hehe

Harlow Kiven... i PMed u before regarding ur slide-out sofa... how's the live-in for the past few weeks been for u and family? i gotta decide on the sofa colour real soon...tempted to get black like urs for worry free maintenance but my heart says get the white one to go with my reno and furnishings... -
best to have ceiling fan on the actual ceiling yah. think still can do false ceiling lor. just surround the fan area. if u not doing cove lighting den shd not be much concerned on the distance but if you are, try to put a distance of abt 4 to 5 feet from the tip of the ceiling fan to ur false ceiling edge yah.

Living/Dining/Entertainment Room Floor Tiles Greek Volakas Lookalike Homo Tiles (Living/Dining/Entertainment Rooms) - $4.8psf Woody Homo Tiles (Foyer & Entrance Steps) - $4.5psf Loved greek volakas marble to bits. Unfortunately due to some issues (i.e. money no enough), Mr Yeak advised us to settle for homo tiles with marble feel. Well, this came closest to what i had in mind. White with little greyish veins and raw marble feel. Problem was, had to top up 1k more to have this. $4.8 psf. The woody homo tiles should go well with the white ones to give me that raw yet sleek and modern touch to the house. Hope my investment and colour coordination turns out well.

oh...u mean i can get an extra point with the max 15amp loading and use the 16amp load that the oven requires exclusively on this point? then shd be ok bah coz not an issue since i can put up other points for other stuff in the kitchen hence no need to share that oven point lor. yeah, my old flat think only have 30amp mains...gonna upz the thing to maybe 40amps...not sure can go further anot..
-
grace! grace! i was browsing the hdb website yesterday and found something abt we cant install electrical point with more than 15amp loading except for aircon but only up to 20amp. now im concerned coz the FP867 i planned to get (more or less set on this ler..) says it needs a loading of 16amp in the brochure. i might have to check with the retailers to confirm but hope its a small issue. the electrolux brochure i had does not contain the EOC67000X oven u bought. maybe u wanna check also what loading the EOC67000X uses?

i see...if lil reno to do then hopefully it would be fast for u. normally its the hacking, tiling etc that will take more of the reno's time frame. WOW! 150mins of travelling time for now?! mine is abt 30mins daily. hope to cut it down to 15 or so once i move in. Lol.

dun worry laaa...not building a maze in my home. not spacious enuff anyways...so wouldn't be confusing. haha themes ah? if urs is barcelona manhattan....maybe mind would be mallorca miami? Lol...just kidding.. im an advocate for sleek lines..though it'd go well with minimalist concept i dun think 1 or 2 of the furnitures i gotten would put along that theme...maybe sleek and modern looking..no particular theme really, didnt have an ID to guide me on these....only feel good factor which is important since we be staying there for a number of our years ahead yah...im the stay home type so would want something that make me stay home even more! haha oh well, we will find out how it all turns out come end of May..

hmmm...not sure how i can explain this further, but maybe this link could help you abit? http://www.hdb.gov.sg/fi10/fi10324p.nsf/w/...al?OpenDocument yeah, do ask ah keong just in case, but he probably would say its fine... can help me ask him something? im thinking of getting this built in oven but read on the above link that appliances with electrical rating exceeding 15amps power is not allowed...the oven apparently has a loading of 16amps...can i just apply for a permit to fix up a point or if i use a 15amp point, what will happen? frequent power trips?

no man...resort theme only for the MBR and its toilet... that place must set the mood mah... im trying to fuse different styles into different rooms / areas... just hope all turns out well since i feel my colour coordination like CMI...hahaha
-
i think this layout is common in yishun and tampines. haha...its ard $4.5 psf i think but heng this one i dun need to top up... thot of getting those cascading wall feature above the tub area...but felt it will be overly indulgent so scrapped it and went for rockstone type of walls instead..hehe
-
well...if u are goin ahead with it, do ensure that the points in the MBR works immediately after the electrician completed. check with him the loading that room can tahan and try to max it out. just in case u add more electrical stuff in there, u gotta be sure the loading can sustain right?

hope u dun mind but i got something to share which i encountered over the weekend... my lil sister loves the internet and disney as well, and she keep track of her internet passwords by writing them on notepads. The other whilst using my laptop, I noticed some of her site password was "MickeyMinnieGoofyDonald," and so I asked why it was so long?? "Because..." my lil sis explained, "they say it has to have at least four characters." -

ur theme is barcelona manhattan tio? from my understanding it should be along the lines of sleek, masculine, modern and spacious right? if that is so, i'd vote for dining light 2.......but in rectangular shape...haha 1st one kinda grandeur more for classical or older themes fused with mordernity...2nd one the round light also nice la...ask ur ID to do sample 3Ds of both lights at the dining table lor...easier for you to visualise and make him work for his money...Lol just my 2 cents yah

No ah...its black floor with black croc tile top and bottom and white croc tile in the middle with choice mosaic interlacing the croc tiles...no greys there. 3 colour tones is enough wor... paiseh, its the shadow effect on Google Sketch that made the surrounding wall looked out of colour. hah
