hahaha...what is a prune that is well massaged then? lasted longest like 1 hour with the jet speed adjusted accordingly. a good day that was! Any longer, i might turn into Aqua-man. think it was less then $200. dun worry, im not a rich freak.

Hehe...guess u liked it too huh? The only place i can have a chandelier since i didnt want to spoil the clean sleek lines i have for the hall and bedrooms with an overbearing chandelier. Looks classy but not that ex mate.

Looks like this Hari Raya must do away with food that are potential finger prints magnet! maybe i tell my wife this horror story and convince her to serve plain water instead? haha...my boy can be very timid when there are many noisy ppl around. that include "monkeys" as well. he'll the first to run and seek a hiding place from their lil grubby hands!

is this true?? then i dread when relatives n frens bring over their lil kiddos over when visiting. Samy jie, do you think bananas and peanuts will distract them whenever they come near the TV? At least i can be assured they wun shed fur around the TV hor.

im not sure why. i had toggled the settings to the best that me and wife's eyes can tolerate. for the same distance, i noticed ghosting when watching fast action scenes on SDTV but when switched to HDTV or blu-ray it was crisp and surreal viewing. at first i thot maybe it was inherent from source. but i played around with the settings of my gaming tv in my study room and find that the SDTV channels there are fine albeit grainy for some (considering the source there is thru my Mio STB, i expected some poor standard). For the record, the viewing distance there is abt 3m on a 40" TV. The living room is abt 3.5m on a 46" TV. Honestly, if you going for 50" i'd say it shd be alright just that you eyes may require some time before they are attuned to viewing that big display. Its only abt 10cm difference between a 46 incher. Anything more will compromise ur viewing pleasure for sure unless you increase ur viewing distance. Have u tried the link to the web i gave in Samy jie's blog? Actually i dun recall much 50" TV except for Pioneer Kuro which is obsolete...

♫ You'll Never Walk Alone it said, Torres! Torres! We bought the lad from sunny Spain, He gets the ball he scores again, Fernando Torres! Liverpool's number 9! ♫ For the current generation, i'd rather be no other. Its El Nino all the way! Bring home number 19, Roy!!! *Sorry Samy Jie, i cant help it. On the bright side, at least ur blog now got some nice lyrics to chant to.

brilliant. welcome onboard my fellow red. plenty of optimism around Anfield at the moment. rule of thumb i think is viewing distance x2.5 of screen size for HDTV. http://myhometheater.homestead.com/viewing...calculator.html have a look at the above if you are the very detailed type. my viewing distance i put was 3.5m apart. settled for 46". watching full HDTV is surreal! SDTV not so good tho. wondered what it'd be like if i had gone for a 55" instead...
