Samsung with its blacks would be ideal for blu-ray for those insistant on LCD or LED instead of plasma...gaming would also be great on it coz of its vibrant colours and better response time than plasmas.. just as i thot...shd be a Sony for the consoles then...hope the WE5 still ard if not will settle for V5500... thanks GG!!!

yes brader...that i also didnt know until Ah hui ask me what colour grouting i wanted... of coz its up to ur preference or aesthetics...i.e some like black tiles with white grout for contrast while some may want dark grouts for ease of maintenance... Xavi's position and the way he plays, age shd not be an issue la...but i seriously doubt Pep is as short sighted as Rafa to bring in those 4 u mentioned for his midfield maestro...i dun mind Yaya Toure though...hehe Javi Martinez or Marek Hamsik would be ones for the future too!

hehe...infinitie...this one abit funny...i'd imagine the headspray is like a raging rattlesnake swaying here and there when the tap is on as u asked this... my take on industrial tap... - looks nice if place at one corner of the sink - suitable for double bowls instead of single bowl sink coz of its reach - will the constant pulling in and out on the headspray cause the tubing to wear out? - size matters just my 20 cents worth...

Yah, i agree with u GG... home entertainment electricals with their 3 yrs warranty shd suffice to last u until newer and better tech comes out... although for some appliances that we constantly cant live without i.e fridge, oven, washer etc i prefer to get extended warranty for that peace of mind...

:D samsung no 42" LCD or LED if im not wrong... i didnt see the 6 series price coz i straight away attacked my two target series...which were the 7 and 8 series 46inch... 8 series 46" cost $3499, 7 series cost $3299 so 6 series im guessing $2999... so for 40inch u less some $400 to $500 lah... er...best denki kinda ex leh...so after getting pricing there, check with Mega Discount and Audiohouse...both places very willing to match prices one...

Oh, my parents, in-laws place all using tiles as backsplash and old folks u know, tend to cook alot alot...so cleaning cld be compromised so over time, the grease and grime will be stuck in those grouts causing it to be unsightly and lead to a change of colour...especially if its white grouting...mine im using a dark one as advised by ah hui, Mr Yeak's master tiler. haha...yeah, mine is on the 4th floor and the study room is right beside the next blk's kitchens which is a walk-up block type...urgh! lucky got one big tree fronting my unit so blocks abit of unwanted prying eyes from the opp block of flats... Yeah, better Citeh then Spurs... but i wldnt bet on them being there for a few more seasons..im sure this year is just a big glitch..but yeah, money talks in football...thats why i shudder to think of the 60m Rafa is asking for this summer's transfers...will the yanks give him 6m even??? hey! finally got ur philips TV! bravo... i went on sunday after some free time and since i knew the price on offer at HN and Courts etc, i decided to splurge on a Samsung instead of the Philips! Savings of almost 1.8k...Yay! dun worry, all these exhibitions sure got gimmick one...but what i liked about audiohouse's is that it is price guaranteed and can change to any model up to at least 7 days after (or is it before?) the delivery...quite flexible leh... so better check ard for price fluctuation after u get ur TV delivered...who knows, maybe u can get some refund on price differences if u find better offers elsewhere...

Week three not much to see. Its mostly cement work, then putting up the windows and plastering of walls. So quite dull really so didnt take much pics here... Not that i have the time to go up...most were taken by Al Nito, my wife!

Aiyoh...of coz u all will miss my crap la! i also miss my crap becoz the moment im done i quickly flushed it down ler...never really gave them a second look actually...wahahaha...

some got penalty, some give freekick, some even give corner kick... depend on the contractor/ID we engaged lor...if the fella is all abt the $$ then cham lor.. if got heart and understanding abit ho sei la... dun worry la boringal..u must not compare other ppl house reno with urs. impt thing is u and family happy to live there mah. sometimes things easy on the eyes but behind it, maintenance is a hassle, debt to service reno loan can be stressful etc etc. Go within ur means!
