i agree! my fave red and grey colours also had some objections but since it will be my house, i let all those naggings go out the other ear. hah! u can still add a dosh of colours here and there to liven up the monochromatic look. although i think ur tilt to natural raw wood shd give a nice contrast with the industrial feel u will have with the screeded flooring.

True that...but not all can be in black and white. Imagine, prior to start of certain works, we have to stop for abit and wait for the black and white to be drafted then both parties sign in agreement and so forth...too much paper and trees wasted leh. hahaha...end of the day, trust, patience and understanding very important ingredients in reno!
