Whao another EM Welcome welcome, condition looks good unlike mine. Seems to need just plastering and a fresh coat of paint.

Nope its not. Because when i talked to the electrician he told me to pass PUB regulations my DB box has to be max at 1.8m height, and all those switches that are hard to access like for your fridge you need to run a on / off switch to somewhere that's accessible. For me no way. You will end up with switches all over the place and the DB box will be an eye sore at 1.8m unless you build a cabinet to hide it

Bro mine 12 days already, tiling works has yet to complete 3 toilets and 1 kitchen niah. Even the hacking still have 1 more roof to dismantle. Some work are done because i use my own contractor for the windows. The one that is fast is the wiring works. Even then now also stop because waiting for the rest to catch up. Nope my Carpentry done by Reich Kitchen and Ban Carpentry, Windows by Decrorille, flooring by Floorich.

I am meeting the electrical guy to check out the switches next week. Most prob will be normal types from clipsal. My quote originally have electrical testing but the new regulations make it so mah fun that i am dropping it. So will use the testing cost to top up the switches.

Mine's Hamed AND Kennes from Delta. I have 2 but the progress seems so much slower than yours My work with C L A S S I C is 30 but my carpentry, windows, floors all not from them. Total up would be close to 60K ( i hope )

Sorri what's AC3? We got the Ship's Desk Maritime Oak. Did asked around and the rest was quoting us more than $7, so when we got $6.80 we grab lor. There are better prices?
-
Hi Nope the laminates are only for ground floor. We pay $6.80 for pergo expression.

Workmanship not very good. Check it out. Details Anyway they got the color wrong so will hack it up again and relay. We actually wanted a dark color tile to go with the wall but the ID says will clash with the green wall. Before tiling starts we actually confirm we want both common toilets to have the same black tiles like this. The beige that we saw really turned us off.

My current place is using copper pipes, has been almost 9 years no issues. But my new place is using SS. Personally i think both are OK but SS will look better if you are not painting the pipes or hiding them.

Signed at 30K but sure to go up cause have extra hacking and what not Who's your ID?

Updates Ran out of wall tiles, so work stop pending delivery Tiling work for the toilets were almost all done up, but MBR toilet had to stop cause ran out of tiles as 1 box were delivered with all the tiles broken ! Anyway all my windows were replaced but one panel were broken so someone would change it, either the windows guys or the tiling guys. Best is my Best View window for living is finally up! Closed Fully Open And finally they cleared the debris from the place! Before After

Cheers Bro, i thought i was being taken for a ride. I also call the other Pergo distributors and all of them gave me the same story. Now wondering whether to let them try to get a close match or just get onoe that is totally off like white

Need help on a laminate flooring concern. The pergo guy came today and show us the wall skirting as well as molding strips. The colors of the skirting and molding strips don't exactly match the floor that we chose! I asked him if the skirting and etc were from pergo and he say Yes. So my question is it true that the skirting and molding strips will not match the color and texture for any laminate flooring?

Sorta of disappointed with the progress but the ID still insists that he can HO by end Jan and then plus 1 week in Feb to rectify issues. Bad news is that i am out of the country during 3rd week and hope to settle structural and electrical before i fly. Still have to arrange for the Open Net contractor to come and install the fiber optic cable into the house before the L Box goes up. No way i am having an extra trunking running into the house so i will have to pay extra

Like what Mrs Buxx mentioned above, that's the part that's very tiring. But i think will have added impetus cause cannot dilly dally else house will still have boxes all over the place come CNY

I support the idea of creating extra space beside your hobs. Not so much for kettle or rice cooker but space to stage your ingredients ready for cooking. Kinda le chey to keep turning or walking back and forth to pick up plates or what not.
