Personally i believe this quotation is kinda expensive especially the miscellaneous area. SHould there even actually have such cost? I believe most contractors dont have? Touching up of unsatisfied area are also in the miscellaneous cost, shouldnt these be included in renovating project, why should consumer be paying this.
