Hi all More pictures to share with all. Before that, the foyer partition wall has been erected at the correct position. MBR toilet and common toilet floor tiling completed. Foyer tiling still in progress. Today was raining cats and dogs. If the windows are not close. confirm the floor will be so wet. Yo yo .. Its too near to the entrance,maybe some miscommunication. Anyway they just remove it and re -erect at the corect position. No problem.... Hope to see a clearer picture by saturday..

The flowers are just the decor. nutting much. My wife love it at first sight. As for the partition at the foyer, we choose concrete wall as it will serve as a backing for future altar. Prefer a stronger and solid back instead of gypsum board. Any one using Panasonic air con? Any review on their latest envio model with patrol sensor function?

Hi all Progress as follows: The wall tiling for kitchen almost done, left with the gaps between tiles. I believe this is just FATE. Today went back to take a look at the progress and saw my neighbour win88 with their contractor. I must thank win88 for showing me around with their nearly completed renovation. Very cosy environment. Picked up quite a number of ideas from them. The floorplan is almost same but different concept. FSM tips were different. As for the 2th baby, same month on the EDD. We can have a combine baby shower to save cost maybe. No pictures to update today as i went back too late. But the kitchen wall tiles are almost done. It comes with 2 flowers. Hope to take more pictures tomorrow and share with all. regards

Hi to my new neighbour. I was wondering whether can i find the owner, finally you replied. Also a quick intro, a family of 3 ( one more coming on mid sept) together with my MIL taking care of my baby. If you can refer to my earlier post, i did attached my floorplan with some changes. From my FSM, he recommended to build a wall to block out the view from the entrance to the living room. I also plan to build a full height cabinet at the foyer to create a narrower but neater area. The initial storeroom area will be my dinner area instead with mirrors. I still cannot visualise what you meant by " build this wall as we want to be able to have a full view of the whole place while sitting on the sofa, and by building the wall, the living area will look smaller " Maybe we can meet up together and have some discussion. Feel so nice to find my neighbours here before moving in. My renovation is going to take another 6 weeks minimum. So when are you moving in? What type of air con system did u installed and how much they charge? I am still looking around for lobang. Getting late, hope to discuss more with you soon. cheers

Hi Its a 1m by 1m. As for the height, i am nt so sure. Its material is so call arcylic crystal, scratch proof (the salesman use sharp metal and pen knife to scratch the top in front of me) The table legs are all stainless steel. The available color are black, dark red and white. There are few designs available. The price for my similiar design is about 690. Hope my information helps. Regards A.M.E

Hi all This is the current amended floorplan in minded. Objectives: 1. To erect a concrete wall to flush with kitchen wall and in line with the main door. Main purpose to block out the view from outside into the house and also as a wall for future altar. 2. To design & fabricate 12ft full height laminated storage cum shoe cabinet c/w 2ft seattee at foyer. Main purpose is to replace storeroom and flush the foyer wall to create a neater appearance. 3. The cooking stove will be facing service balcony and the washing basin facing the kitchen entrance. 4. To design and fabricate 10ft full height L-shaped wardrobe. Main purpose to block out the view from outside. 5. To erect a small low hung kitchen cabinet outside common toilet for rice cooker, thermal flask etc. (Is it a good idea?) 6. My balcony will be flush with living room to create a large area. May do roller binds to seperate balcony and living area. Hi all I would like to start this reno t-blog to share my renovation journey. My 2th appointment ended on 24/03/10 and finally able to open my door as advised by my FSM on 25/03/10. Too many stuffs and pictures to began with. I shall start with my floorplan as linked. I will upload more pictures and details on my next post. Sad to say 清明 is round the corner therefore not advisable to start till 13th April. By the way, I have engaged Michael from I.D.Note as my contractor and Master Alec Chia as my FSM.
