Headache...Bgt this set of speakers (Mordaunt Short Miss Genie)...has been less than a yr and the netting on my woofer got mouldy spots ! what sld i do ??!?! what caused it? Its placed in a corner of my living room, not near to any water source....windows and door oso close most of the time... any experts can advice me?

i kena this prob when my contractor installed one of my ceiling fan...super wobbly~ most prob i tink it is bcoz the blades are not balance..what i did was to find a small weight and stick temporary on the end of each blade (in the middle). U got to test each blade one at a time and find the "sweet spot". Once confirmed and not wobbling...change to very sticky dbl sided tape. this shld settle the prob

Alpha F360 ! some shops call it the ferrari fan bcoz the range of colours are similar to the colours of ferrari cars...sleek design. i got my black ferrari fan for $475 with remote...wind wise...very good ! The wind generated covers a relatively big area... ive got a pic of it in my living room...but hor..i duno how to upload it, hahaha u do a search under Alpha f360 and you sld be able find an image of it

Hi RB, thanks for the reply ! lets see if there are more ppl out there that bgt this product... i have many insects issues at hme bgt resale and shifted in for abt 5 mths... use to have a lot of ants but take care off ! (use ant powder) the headache is lizards and spiders !!!! lots of lizards droppings...and i really mean Aaaaaa lot...spiders wise...sigh...clean today...tmr you will find web here...web there... mb coz i live top flr, so they all like to climb to the top and congregate

Halo ppl.. i saw this pest repeller gadget thing at popular last wkend...was wondering if it does work and how effective... constructed like a multi-plug, but a little bigger...need to plug into power source. Emits ultrasonic and electromagnetic sound waves... said to remove all types of pest... cost ard $60 - $80 per piece...not cheap huh ?! has anyone tried it b4? does it work ?

sadly, this is normal...duno why they need this long rite? sigh... my agent submitted on 10 Nov 09 and my 1st appt date was 22 Feb 10 ! Seller and myself wanted everytin to be done soon, so we called and wrote into to HDB to appeal and got a earlier date (13 Jan 10). U can ask ur agent to do it for u, but....u will need the seller to agree wif u too !

correct me if im wrong. The transacted price will only show up after ur resale application has been approved by the HDB, aft the 1st appt. This is when you will get a letter from HDB, tellin u that the resale transaction has been approved by the HDB
