I did check with one of my ID, if the owner want to sell it later, HDB would require seller to remove the vanity. So is either 1) extra cost to remove when selling 2) or to bear with the small toilet.

ya understand having the same problem too, still thinking of ways to make it happen for a small space. Will update you when new ideas come along.

Ours was the first few batches chosen for upgrading, do note that some units have balcony instead. 'Hub' say properly those upgarded with balcony are 3 and half unit From Wifi

Just here to share with everyone our heartfelt blessing from God. After much scouting in the open market for about 6 weeks we finally decided to get this 32 yr old flat. hahaa... Sound old. yeah really "LAO"! Renovation is a new topic to us and Renotalk has since been a good research zone. Thanks to all your contribution and below are our floor plan and pics. Mine is a 4ng, currently also facing same problem. Am thinking of turning the MB toilet into a powder rm and only shower in the common toilet. If not will try to relocate the MB toilet door to open in front of the wc, seal up the existing to create more space for showering.
