  1. My MBR toilet very mini, if box up, will be very very small... Hub and I quite big frame la..... don't want to box up also save a some money keke..... eeek algae yucks.... imagine i bathing or my toothbrush so near to it yucks... *vomit* reno updates (Day 19) Mr Tiler had filled the gaps of the wall tiles le... 1) Toilets wall and floor tiles done 2) Kitchen wall tiles done Mr tiler now doing floor tiles le, he say should be done within this week. He own self completed (1 and 2), applaud for him..... side note: I think i am too stress with the reno that i actually have a nightmare that my floor tiles wasn't done properly and i scolded my ID firm upside down whahahahahahaha

  3. The tiles are cement like colour, picture show darker due to the lack of lighting. thinking of painting it grey something similar to the tiles. As for the right pipe, hehe will be white... The main sewage pipe will be changed (the pic with Mr tiler in it) hence might not be painting Questions: Is it that painted pipe trap more dirt?

  7. yes long drawer, abt1.2m long, keke hub draw it not into scale hence seem like quite long to me too:) I love cooking but will not be cooking much... Our concern Is like can it support the weight. Thank you.
  8. We prefer drawer actually my parents house using mostly swing doors and I often have a hard time searching for stuffs when they are deep inside. For drawer I can have an overview of the stuffs Yeah I am using dynamic space to help me on the planning. If possible can show me the pic you mentioned, as we thinking of having no handles Thank you

  10. my way of posting pic resize the pic via Photoshop, I usually change it to 720 x480 or 480x 720 depending on the pic. And I will upload it to an online alblum, I am using photobucket, there are others around like flickr etc once uploaded, there will be a direct link assigned to each pic and I will use it to post I thnk there are other way too maybe you would like to read on the thread how to post a pic hope the above helps Merry Christmas to you:)

First drawing from ID Kitchen Cabinet My floor tiles are cement like color Don't seems to match hor, ID say ignore the color cause we have not choose the laminate and ask us to think of the number of drawers and swing doors. His advise would be drawer waste more spaces and swing door the best. Have to go Blum and Ikea le, thank you Kopi for your advise. Question, if we were to construct a shelf with doors next to the stove for bottles items (e.g. oil, soya sauce etc) what dimension do your think would be good, we thinking of like 70cm height from the work top (W30cm , D (to follow the wall depth), H70cm) If wood cabinet with glass door were placed near to the stove, would there be problem ? Do you think would it be nicer to extend out the box up (abv the stove cabinet). Now looks like air con trunking wahahhahahahaha.....

  19. thank you for ur advise:) 7k inclusive of sofa and not dresser hence average 1k for item assuming the chairs and dining are a set. Temptation VS $$ is always a headache for hub, cause I admit I very implusing and always spend w/o thinking & shopping is my only way to de-stress hehe. We have not purchase the electronics yet, ID need the fridge dimension for tiling purposes.. Washing machine was 'shun bai' see see:p and as I will be placing in-btw toilet door and the kitchen sewage pipe, I that my machine would not fit in.... having headache on the design of my kitchen cabinet and how many drawer or swing door shelf. If drawer would it be better to have it longer?

  21. usually how long would tiling take? (Wall tiles for toliets/ kitchen and whole unit floor tiles) My ID hor never give me schedule leh... He is fast la (my standard) since 17 now doing waterproofing le... Hub and I went window shopping today 7000 inclusive of TV console / coffee table / culture marble dining table/ PU leather chair / wardrobe / bed frame/ mattress/ dresser... ok anot the price? Have pre-selected these electronics any advise?
  22. nice meeting you:) we using that tiles for toilet matching with raw cement like tiles for the floor and the panel behide the WC. For kitchen, we using a similar one, glossy and plain white due to our kitchen slightly dark hence need the tiles to brighten it up .
