Yup display model but my set was as good as new.. cos it's all wrapped up in original 'foam' packaging (only without the cardboard box). the sales guy even intentionally ripped of the foam to make it look more 'display set' in case the boss asks..

Day 10 of Renovation.. Kitchen walls almost done! Only issue is that my contractor forgot to build a fridge base!!! had to redo that part The 'missing' Storeroom.. there will soon be a nice little dining area here! The Fengshui Door.. hope the angle is correct! Master Toilet.. almost done too! With new windows... The new balcony windows and living room floor done but covered up!

In my own personal experience, they put up Ads with cheap deals that are almost always Out-of-Stock. Prices are so-so for the design, you can either get cheaper deals for similar design standards or better designs for the price elsewhere. Service attitude not that great. I was their first customer for the day and they did not even try hard enough to give me an offer I could not refuse.

My contractor doesn't do the cabling, can keocovn refer me his contractor? I'm also keen to the cable jervislim has.. can take a look?

If yours is HDB, can get HDB correct it for you.

DAY THREE RENO Hacking almost done except for the MBR wall becos HDB haven't approve! Sand, cement and tiles are in! Kitchen enlarged! My common toilet door.. left in shambles..

My balcony is similar to yours. Tore down the glass door, Leveled it and put homogenous tiles. Cost about 1.5k.
