Hi Junxian and El Nino, Thanks for the compliment. My jaw dropped when I was quoted the price to clad it with solid surface. No point ranting abt this. Hai.. It is my dining table cum other functions. Ha! In the past, ff u go to Kitchen Culture, u can see the whole range of Elica Hood. My jaw dropped again when I saw the price of the crystal hood.

I would rather think ppl should learn how a pd door works instead. They can't be always thinking a toilet door must be a bi-fold door/open/close door or sliding door.

Hi Bun Bun, Thanks for your suggestion. We have alreadt considered quite a number of things like what u mentioned. Bronze statue is very nice, just that it is not easily available and price-unfriendly. I have a couple of decent size statues though. The easier method I thought of was to paint statue with bronze paint. Mickey patterns can be replicated by customising adhesive film or wall decal. It will be even better with a 3D mickey wall like this: And I think a mini victorian water fountain is not overboard. Ha.

You shouldn't post that in renotalk. Ha. In case he sees this. And do take note no matter how well the design is, please confirm it can do done. Drawing and execution is 2 different things altogether.
