Yah, sometimes it is no choice. U can't have everything. That why I was looking at the Dyson fan. Cos it looks so different, u can't tell it is a fan. Abit strange today. I can't seems to view pics in my office today. But no matter what, I feel living room should have a elaborate light. My 2cents. In my opinion, the only theme that is suitable to have ceiling fans especially in living room is resort theme.

Many possibilities. Paste ur magnets on the backsplash, or using a magnet, u can paste ur receipe on the backsplash for referencing while cooking, etc..

Becos.... i think a normal fan design can be a spoiler to a reno theme. . Ceiling fans are okie generally. But putting a ceiling fan in the living room for example means u can't put a elaborate hanging light in the same area. Ideally, air con is the best but cannot imagine the air con is on 24 hrs. Yes, the gd-looking ones are all exp.

The dyson fan is considered exp because it is just a fan. But love the fact that it doesn't have a blade and much better than any typical fan becos of that. Why not consider buying online? If you do travel often for business/leisure, try to get it while u are overseas. Unfortunately for wifey and me, other than travelling for leisure, we don't get to travel that much. Sg is also selling the Lily from stadler form - the colorful fan which I posted. The Q fan is nice too. The full metallic silver body is so different and sleek. In fact, their fans are quite distinctive in design sense. Wifey like the Max which comes with a heater function but I say don't need a portable heater in Sg ..... Lol.

Hihi. What brand of solid surface are they providing. I am charge $75 per ft for a 'no brand' solid surface. Urs is abt $83 but the the difference is negligible. I think the quote is quite reasonable overall.

Hee. Will mount a TV on it. ID has just installed the bracket for me. But buying TV means spending money. My opinion is u should wait. Really. Becos it might be cheaper if u buy later. And u might reconfigure ur kitchen dimension and realise the fridge u bought can't fix into the space, etc. . Take my case for example, I bought a TV for my main living hall and realise it is too small. Can't do anything abt it except buying a new one next time.
