I just start renovation for my flat recently, no previous experience before. I want my ID to get Superme laminate (AC5) for me, and he quotes me 4.8 psf. I call Superme directly, and got 4.5 psf. I know Superme has life time warranty, but not sure if it is available if I let my ID to handle the installation work.... I try to be fair to my ID since I think he is nice guy, but is it normal that ID will get higher quotation from Superme than owner? (when I called in, Superme did identify I am contractor or owner). Hi, Anyone have experince to handle such issue nicely? personally I prefer to give my ID for installation, he can earn the part for sure, but i want to make sure he get the best material cost for me. Any suggestion is welcome! Thanks

My resale unit is already have a electrical heater, but intend to also install a gas heater since the price is low. Any one know how much is the installation cost? including all those piping work...thanks...

Some update: Got My quotation jsut two days after met up witn Jermey. Price is reasonable for me. Last Sunday I went to his office, after some discussion & finetuning I jsut signed with him. He will start draft a 3D drawing which probably will be finished by this weekend, this weekend will review the drawing and select the flooring paint, etc. Plan to kick off next Monday. still, the communication is very smooth with him, I am very happy so far.

I met Jeremy at my Yew Tee flat yesterday. Waiting for quotation. He told me he will come back to my this weekend. By taking I feel he is quite nice guy, but no sure whether I may end up like kksg2000 or not, coz my reno is not very big big one as well. just wait and see.
