I got mine EM @ Serangoon North last yr. My blk is 539 just beside Sheng Siong, now doing renovation and will be shifting in next month. Bought at $516,800, Val only $460k. Paid about $56,800 COV, really feel that the COV is too much. I bought it mainly for the covenience of having the supermarket n the school but heard that it's very difficult to get a place in the school even though it's within 1km.

Need advise. Is stainless stell backing for kitchen difficult to maintain? I am afraid that there will be small ants or dirt slip through the glass backing in long run.

I am not doing my staircase and the 1st quote that I received was about $80K. I almost fainted too! After going through 3 quotes and cutting down on a few items managed to close at $50K but can see a few potential VO coming. Broke! Broke!

Hi, I was told that we are not allowed to conceal part of the switch onto the wall of old HDB resale unit. It has to be mounted onto the wall and the whole box of the switch will protrude out ugly. Is it true? Need Advise. Thanks.

I just place a deposit of $100 for their $5988 package which include 1 Marble dinning table with 4 chairs, 4 seater sofa + ottoman, 1 tv console and 1 coffee table. How is their sofa quality? They showed me the cut out layer of how they made their sofa and claimed that their support below is made of jet spring better then Loranzo. They also do export too!
