hopefully bah. but im one of the owners affected by U and B reno. shant be too optimistic.

slow slow slow. one worker each day, things are moving slowly. currently my toilet tiles are 90% done... plastering of newly erected walls are almost done as well. that's abt it.

Day 11 After all the drama, reno permit extended and the real hacking started. Lotsa debris, lotsa excitement Kitchen, Dining and Foyer area hacked Common toilet (upstairs)

Day 1 Carnage - Day 2 Balcony - Door and louvres removed. Day 1's mess cleared. Progress is slow sia. Or am i too impatient. hahaha Can't wait for the walls and floor tiles to be hacked.

Day 1 reno: Kitchen - cabinet and door hacked. small windows removed too. Living room - tv console removed Bedroom - wardrobe and study table removed.
