Hello fellow forummers, im a newbie and just got my resale 4rm (105 M2)flat which i intend to do some reno to make my house look clean and simple....intend to do some careful budgeting as my pockets are not deep. would appreciate if anybody can give a rough guide on how much it would cost for the below activities..: Hack the floor of living room and 3 bed rooms Hack floor and walls of kitchen Hack floor and walls of 2 toilets and remove basins and toilet bowl Lay 60 X 60 homo tiles for living room and 3 bedrooms floor Lay ceramic tiles for kitchen, install basic kitchen sink and stove.. Lay rough tiles for 2 toilet and install (new showerhead, basins and toilet bowl) X 2 Make the wall smooth and painting of whole house. Simple lightings installations of whole house..lights decided to get from IKEA would really sincerely appreciate some indication of how much these activities cost under a contractor......thanks alot..
