Hi, I would to ask for those who have houses with Parquet flooring and after being varnished by ID/Contractor Companies, how are their workmanship in general? My 3 bedrooms are with Parquet flooring and i'm thinking whether to let the ID/contractor handle the sanding varnishing or get a seperate more Professional Parquet Company to do it instead. Does the ID/Contractor really know how to do Parquet Varnishing since they are not the experts in this area. Anybody can help to shed some light on the above....THANKS!!!!

Based on good reviews from this forum, I made an appointment and went to see him with my wife about 1 month ago. 2 weeks after our first meeting, i actually sms him to remind him on our quote and he said he's still working on it but in the end he didnt even revert with the quotation. No choice but to drop him from our list. A pity.....

Hi, Yeah, i proposed this idea to my ID but he's not recommending this idea. Reason is because if you put false ceiling + Cove Lighting, the height from the floor to the cove lighting will be too narrow. Thus not advisable....... May i ask if you got any picture of your design? Thanks.

Hi, My ID suggested the L-Box with downlights (for new papers reading) directly under my sofa but i read somewhere before that it's not advisable to have sofa directly under a L-box in the living room. Does it mean that the L-box = Beam? That's why it's not advisable? Kindly advise your comments. Thanks!
