sorry for the long silent, currently contacting id n contractors. basically we have, more or less, the theme and idea wat to do. now is to come out a 3d plan which is likely to be done by me. wanna save the $$.. haha also waiting for the flat to be ready, which estimate to be mar/apr2010 can't wait to chk it out and hopefully i'll post some pics
