okay, just went to my new house and observed the carpentry at the edges.... one of the L shape corners is not flushed.......this is what happened when you are facing the carpentry and the wall is perpendicular to you. Sorry hoh, I dun have a camera.....nor a camera phone the grey color one is the wall, red color is the carpentry, and the orange color is the laminate skirting.... obviously the wood is straight but the wall is not, however, I saw my neighbours their carpentry all follow the wall and flushed one leh..... what do you guys think? I dun think I will accept this and most probably they need to re do this part liao....

that's the first time I heard about people saying copper is better than stainless steel..... stainless steel installation required more skillful worker, coper is so easy to twist! the best is actually PVC, some very good Australian brand is even stronger than stainless steel! We opted for stainless steel because I hate the green color oxide residue.....
