Hello everbody, HAHA, something happened over the long weekend, we started to shift some of our barang barang from our old place to the new place. Carelessly, the movers scratched 3 deep marks on the wall of the staircase. Looks as if Wolverine visited our place. Thinking of doing some D.I.Y touch-up, my lovely hubby worsen the situation as the patch he painted was of different tone! No choice, called Adrian for help on sunday. Painter was here today to solve the situation. Greatest news to us is that it is of no additional cost to us! To those who are still looking for an ID, he is really highly recommendable! Can talk one! Merry X'mas & Happy New Year! Lynn

Hello all, The marble polisher did a great job! Great difference from the dull floor we once saw when we stepped in. Now it is so shiny! Luckily, we are not gambler if not Saturday and Sunday 输光光. The coordination with the team of electricians was excellent! As we are not doing much carpentry, Adrian tried his best to hide as much casing as possible. Great effort! Thanks! Thank you Ahweewee for your tipping. Anyway, we did not see any baldy in our place. I guess we are lucky. But we will keep that in mind. So no baldy in my place. Strictly. Keep up the good work! Lynn

Dear all, Just return from our new place. Surprisingly fast, the paint issue is resolved. The team of electricians are efficient. They came to install all the power points and lighting. All finished up except for the kitchen cabinet area. Quite impressed by their speed. The team of plumbers are also very efficient and friendly. Before installing all the accessories, they consulted us and installed everything within my comfortable reach (I'm a bit on the short side ). Quite please to see the progress today. Hope that Adrian's team of carpenters are also good. Activities for tomorrow will be marble polishing and cleaning. Can't wait to see the place fully done up! Keep it up! Lynn

Dear all, We just went to my place to meet Adrian yesterday. The moment we stepped out of the lift, we could hear his voice. He sounded very angry and serious. Curiously, we walk towards our doorstep, peeping from the window along the corridor, we saw him scolding 2 guys fiercely. So my husband went in and asked what is wrong. He explained that the painters painted the walls in the living wrongly. They mistaken the colour codes and hence, swapped the colours. Meaning they used the colour for my feature wall on all the rest of the walls and paint the feature using the colours meant for the other walls. In short, we are very pleased with his service. He has proofed to us that he is firm enough to command and control his contractors. So long that he is able to rectify it, we are not worried. Hope everyone who is using his service enjoy the progress as much as we are. No headaches and worries. Great work and keep in up!

Hi all! It has been a while since our last post. My renovation is very smooth so far. However, some minor changes. Our initial plan was to have 2 different tiles with different designs for our kitchen and balcony. Only last Friday, our elders mentioned to us that they prefer the kitchen floor to be flush with balcony, so they will not trip and fall. For the sake of their safety, we told Adrian about it so that he can call for the amendment immediately. After hearing us out, he suggested to have the same tiles for both the balcony and the kitchen so it will create an open concept feeling as well as to make our kitchen looks bigger. We really like the idea. However as the tiles were only delivered last week, we are afraid it might be troublesome to change the order. Adrian insisted that if we like the idea, he will try to arrange for it and make it into reality. Furthermore, the additional cost is quite minor. We, of course, would be happy if that is possible. And surprisingly, he called us up this morning and told us the tiles will be replaced this afternoon. We were so shock and pleased by his efficiency and excellence service! It is as what Ahweewee said, that bit of extra paid is really very worthwhile. We are looking forward to the completion of our home. Keep up the great work! Lynn

Wahahaha! Ahweewee, you are trying to torture those poor workers is it? Really looks kinda hard to work in such enviroment. I guess it is a tough job to plan out the works. However, I am really amazed that even in such a situation, your progress seems really okay. On seeing that, I'm pretty sure yours will be completed pretty soon! No worry Adrian, I do not have that much stuffs in my place. Haha, Lynn

Hi chan, those were words of wisdom. We look for ID is because we want someone to help us with the design and coordinate the work flow. If not, we might as well look for some direct contractors and play the coordinator role ourselves. Since we are spending that money to get someone to do that for us, he or she jolly well must do it well. So apart from the designing part, how is your ID's service & attitude? We are seriously considering using him. We are in the bargaining part. So before we lay anything black & white, we really want to make sure we are getting a good one. Any review will be greater appreciated. thank you, Lynn

Hello Ahweewee, I think getting the 3D drawings and floorplan is a good idea. Coz we are also thinking of getting a geomancy master to help us make our home luckier. These may help us when consulting him. So have you approached your ID? Did he mention to you what is the additional cost? Hop he won't burn another hole in your pocket. Coz we are arranging to meet him again to do some 杀价. look forward to your reply! Lynn

Hi Ahweewee, Just wanna check with you on something. I just gotten the quotation from Adrian. The monetary side is slightly on the high side as compared to the other quotations I have received. However, I gotta admit that we are like his design and concept; it is totally different from all others' designs. What he did is doing a fusion of both our idea and his professional suggestions, is that what he did for your unit? But his quotation is a bit above our budget. So what should I do? Please advise. Lynn

Psss... Moobat, Last week Adrian brought me to an unit in Kallang to show me on the workmanship. I think it is your unit! Or maybe I wrong. He shown me to the completed merging of a room into the master bedroom. Those warerobe with mirrors were so huge in a good way and beautiful! Amazingly, it did not make the room look small! I wish I can have those too. Too bad my unit and my budget might be too small. Also, the lovely open concept kitchen! I personal love the way the washing machine and dryer are hidden! Totally in love with the design of this unit! I think Adrian really a good job converting this hdb unit into a condo unit! Very spacious feeling! A more thing to touch on is the way the bomb shelter and Dbox are conceal with mirror. Really enhance the spaciousness of your living room. I wonder how much does those racks in the bomb shelter cost?
