Hi Clare80, I engaged Dave to reno my HDB flat about 1 1/2 years ago. It was just some simple reno and the total cost was only $25,000.00. To Dave, ours was just a very small business. Nevertheless, he never failed to keep his promise and I was never let down by him. He never acted in ways that made me feel that I am an unimportant customer because of my low expense on the reno. Over these 1 1/2 years, I called him a few times for problems regarding the reno and he never never failed to help me solve the problems. Of course, if he could not render the help fast he would tell me so. But he would help eventually. I never regretted getting him to reno my place.

It has been almost 6 months since Dave finished renovating my flat. On and off I have been calling him to help me fix up some minor defects and make some not so minor changes. And, I have no regrets engaging him as my ID. He no doubts talks a bit like Ah Beng but he is a guy whom you can trust. He keeps his promises. He never let me down whenever I called him for help after I have made all the payment. The quality of his work is superb. I dare not comment on the price he quoted because I didn't ask around before I gave him the job.

Hi all, Jimmy's name keeps cropping up in this forum. Which company is he from? I try to trace the first thread that mentioned his name but still have no clue as to where he is from. Is he still good (as service standard may change over time)? Can someone kindly PM his contact number? I plan to move at the end of the month. Thanks. Regards.

Hi DSC, Barring any unforeseen circumstances we will engage Dave as our ID. My experience with him so far is consistent with what has been written about him on the forum. Have no regert so far. The reno will start in May, hopefully. Will keep u all posted on the progress later. He is frank and friendly. He is also very punctual (in fact, he always arrived before the appointed time). Hi, he told me that his practice was different from the rest in the company. Otherwise, my impression of him is good.

Thanks to the suggestion by DSC, i called Dave and a tentative quotation was sent to me one day after the call. We have since met up with Dave. So far so good but feel a bit uneasy about his demand to pay him in one lump sum rather than by stages according to work progress. Any comment on this?

I sent Dave my floor plan and some ideas on what I want 2 weeks ago but till now still no reply from him. Wonder if i should call him personally?

Hi, I am relatively new on this forum. Will move into our 4-room HDB flat in Jurong West in April. As the flat is already quite well renovated, we only budget $15K-$20K for the renovation. After reading so many good comments on IntraDesign, I wonder if the the level of service one receives has anything to do with one's budget. Has anyone been treated differently by Intradesign because of the low budget? Please advise. Thanks very much.

Hi all, I am new on this forum. Heard quite a lot of good comments about Intradesign. I recently bought a 4A HDB in JW and expect to move in only in Apr or May next year. As the flat is already very well renovated I don't need a very extensive renovation. Our budget for the job is around 10-12k. I wonder if we will be treated diffrently by IntraDesign due to the low budget. Can anyone advise? Thanks
