We started ours on the 8th of march.... so abt 2months... hmmm 2nd round painting.. not too sure... but surely some touch up is in order.. cos got some area... after the carpentry went it.. it tarnish the paint a abit... just a bit there a bit there... nothing major.... We are more concern abt our flooring... now still covered up... but there is some area the cover tear... worried it will scratch the tiles.. but henry say he will settle them if that happens... will update more as it happens... yours should be like 2 to 3 weeks more ba.. should be pretty fast now.. MORE PICS!

agree man... reno is pretty stressful ... but a good judge of whether its going to turn out good.. is when you realize the stress is getting lesser as the reno is nearing completion ... cause you are seeing how good things are coming together.... if u are feeling MORE stress when nearing completion...then.. something must wrong.. just a personal observation... Do note.. stress from paying the FINAL payment DOES NOT count!

We got ours from Heritage Bathroom Gallery at Geyland ... WC plus the bathroom sink ... 398. Good shopping experience with them.. service is good, very patient.... items are fairly priced... look for maggie.. but any staff over there is pretty much good too.. 499 for just the wc is WAY TOO much...

Yea... its always a balance of cost of the air con unit vs the energy cost of usage.. is the saving from the air con purchase worth the energy cost it uses.. lol.. personally... we kinda gave up thinking too much .. and just chose a a newer technology one with a decent price that matches our budget .. resulting with us going with a Mit heavy industry inverter model with the new coolant gas. RAsomething lol..

ah.. i think if u are only turning on 2 at one time.. should not be too much of a problem... or u can ask the price difference between the mit and daikin? the non inverter model. if its only a couple of hundred off..that might be a better choice? Unless u are a hardcore Daikin fan.... then not much choice there..

Hmmm... As the our switches wasn't up yet at the time when the fans were being install... I will have to get back to you on whether the circulation is ok.. But base on what we seen and felt at the Elmark's office.. the air circulation is good. its not as strong as KDK's for sure.. i think its best u head down to their showroom and have a feel and look for yourself.. As your strong and our strong might be very different in degree. But like i said.. let me go test it on the weekend and i will post my findings..
