A sale guy at Best intro me to get Hitachi, the made in jap modle look good. Like the spec but not sure if they are good. the engery saving tick is 3 ticks. the sale lady told me it is 12% not too sure. i do not have tangs credit card may be that why.

Oh one thing i heard is that if you play Guitar hero using Led or Lcd tv they need to be sync.. the buttons are not accurate while hitting the notes so it make it harder to hit the note or score. . I am not sure if u play the game just to share what i know.

One of the thing i know abt top floor is the phone line always affected after rain, not sure if it's true for all. but for my fiends flat got to call singtel every time after heavy rain. i also wanna kp and share my experience in searching for a home. while i was looking for a resale unit in TPY, one of the house was asking for 650K. I went to view it and find that the renovation is nicely done. I love the high floor unit and it's near central. At that time I kept asking the agent for valuation report he said it's not out yet so i waited for a week or so and ask if the valuation is out. I remember the agent roughly tell me that it is 600k over the phone. We requested for another viewing and the agent say they are looking at 680k now. So I took my time and think if i should view it agin. By the next time i called the agent agin he told me they want it for 700k. haha In the end i gave up calling the agent. The seller was just testing the market but they are wasting our time seriously considering the unit. It's really sad to see the HDB flat price going sky high, and they are supposed to be subsidised. I am worried for the next generation afraid that they can't even own a HDB.

I am planning to do that too .. but not yet confirm on the colour. I am only getting my key next months .. the thing is i still not decide on ID yet so i might have delay to start the project. somemore year end coming soon. it's not gonna be easy. I doubt i gonna find a feng shui master, i consider not knowing anything as a blessing. If i know and i dun do anything abt the thing the master say then i won't feel easy living in there. :unsure:

I am a supporter of Iphone too. I've been using it for more than one year. I bought it when iphone was launch last yr. I love the applications on iphone I bought some and some i just dl the free version. Iphone might not be that "business like" but i dun really care i still could use it for both my gmail and hotmail acc. For surfing wise i think it's ok. 3gs is faster than 3G. Can feel that when u used both phones b4. But i am using 3g it's okie for me. I've never used other brand to surf b4 so dunnoe how it match up. I signed up with singtel for the bundle deal 200 min ( not enough) and 1 gb (never over shoot so far) of data usage. Sms>>> i made a lot of typo when first used it but slowly get used to it. but i dun use 2 hand to type only one finger :D Long finger nails will make typing with 2 hands harder, so one finger method for the win I think i can be a sale person soon :blink:
