I have a broucher sent to my mail box abt the Akira saale.. I dun see other brand of electrical good in there .. Mostly I can see r frm the brand itself. and there is matress and so on.

Eh .. when i was young I have maids to wash plates but when i got older need to wash my own.... I found a reason why i am so "on" with the idea of dishwasher cos I am usually the family washer .. My mum cooks, my dad only eats. . haha .. so I need to wash .. my brothers are really lazy too so bo bian the washing job natually become mine.. Now that I have my own house I'm subconciousely trying to avoid the washing job lolx... Yea . i do get you guys points.. if not for the health of our pocket we all would love to have the help of dishwasher.

I have checked My block is improve version. And the MCB board there say 40 amp so i guess it's fine unless i turn on every electrical appliances in the household.

Hey we had the same completion date,we probably in the HDB at the same time for the completion. I just collected my key too and mine took over one hr talking abt hiccup. ;)

yup typ is not cheap and in fact my price is high lol .. i am sure i paid too high but then i was so sick of looking for a place and settle for that .. my unit is already 12 yrs old. I m not keeping the toilet floor just the marble floor in the living area and the parquet in the room. Doing quite a bit and my shopping list is getting longer lol. when i see a dishwasher i wanna put that in my list too.. :rolleyes:

I am getting a place in TPY. haha .. I get the same area cos i like tpy so much. I love the food and the accessibility to other part of sg. Since i dun drive so i find this location really convenience for me. I am doing most part of the house just not touching the floor. Cos of budget constraint i am focusing on MBR and the other 2 room i KIV first. The kitchen, 2 bathrooms and doing up a small office/ study area , and the \ living room. I have one of the ID giving me bathroom and kitchen package and it's costing more that the ala-cart one. so that why i am sticking with the other 2 and see how it goes. :unsure: I wanna do up WIW .. haha even if it is a tiny little one. :P :P haha thanks for hearing me out ..I am becoming grumpy ```

I'm too lazy to travel .. no car only got feets.. so .. just check the id not too far from my place .. The price i would say abt the same .. not low haha .. both over my budget.. the thing is one of the ID is very systematic. i think the whole of the ID house 's ID are like that. Another one the idea is good and more easy to talk to .. cos he is the boss. Now i am thinking how to bargain lor .. really dunnoe how to do that .. living in sg for too long is bad .. not many places we can bargain .. so i now a bit lost .. lolx .. Nice work .. in the midst of reno u still have time to do that soon got to move house? and u will be extra busy. Moving house is so exhausting .. after moving forget where thing are lolx .. that usually happen to me ..

I want to have one In MBR toilet but the size is so small that i have to rethink abt the idea of having one. sadly my common toilet has better size for one good size vanity .. hm...
