Hi all, I'm a first time applicant for resale flat. 2 days ago I had signed the OTP, and next week we are going to exercise it... The agent said that the next available 1st appt date is now around 2 week of Dec.. By that time, my HLE is expired! Do I have to re-new my HLE application? If I need, I'm afraid by then we will exceed the 8000 cap. Anyone faced this problem before? Can we based on the 1st HLE for our 1st appt? Thanks for advice!
