It reminds me ... when I got my keys before my 2nd apptment (I force the seller to do that because he had extended the 2nd apptment 2x), On the same night, I asked a locksmith to change the mailbox keys. During reno, I can not find the keys for the windows lock and they are locked. So, I have to ask my contractor to force them open. After move in, I can not find the keys for all the drawers of the built-in wardrobe. So, I use screwdriver to pry them open. And, naturally I never have the keys for the metal gate which is a non-issue since we are using another padlock. So, for just a key, why bother to chase the seller for it?

I am aiming to buy online around US$100 for Gyuto 210mm +US$5 delivery. I am also thinking to get good chopping board for my $20 german knife first. This one can get from local importer at Outram there. My current chopping board is IKEA one and it's very light and slippery. Yes, it's definitely good and in general better than german knives. And you need more effort to maintain Japanese knives though you also need one for German knives. Which one is the brand with 2 men standing? This one?

You mentioned "motion detected in your home", what is it based on? is it based on image/video? sound? etc. If it's based on image and DIY, you can get something like IP based camera, install it and for any motion detected, send you an email. Wah .. one vase for $100++ is quite steep I will scout around for that. Btw, if you want to plant some herb plants in your planter box, please make sure that there's enough sunlight to the planter area. Enough sunlight as in direct sunlight for the whole day. I am currently growing mint and thai basil and both of them dying cuz not enough sunlight.

Yeah, very zen. Specially with the small bench. I also think it's fake flowers, but it's a very nice one, that's why the mover got tricked. Nowadays, no one really have the time to keep change the flowers every week. Hmm .. maybe I should get the vase at somewhere else, but definitely not IKEA. It would be the same as everybody's house.

At this time, 36k seems alright. Although it's "far" from mrt (15 mins walk). If it's unblocked, far from TPE (so less dust), it's worth it.

You can undermount that sink but it will not look very nice and sleek as other sink. It's because of the four corners ... The idea of undermount sink is that you won't see any border (or zero reveal) but your sink in the four corners have a "ledge" and this ledge would still appear after you undermount it. Hence, it doesn't look as nice as other sink. Example of my sink ...
