hello jennytansc, I think you could speak to her nicely regarding the issue. Most of the times, tenants who are renting rooms do not know what the bill is like. Simply because they have not experience paying the pub bills before. So its good to let her understand the situation, hopefully she will be more sensible. goodluck!
