Hi moochi, Please repair the bumper yourself and live over it. I doubt you will every catch the person. This is part and parcel of driving in singapore. My car was also scratched by some driver when i had just changed a new bumper (Less than 2 weeks) after my accident claim. Let it go!

Hi all, Got 1 questions, recently i just gotten my flat. But the HDB officer ask me whether i want to take a housing loan with them or not. Because they require 1 year pay slip and etc which i find it troublesome. Therefore i decline their offer. Am i stupid to take from them? Also if i happen to take a grant from them, eg 5 years later i want to sell away my house do i have to pay back to them on the grant + interest? Thanks in advance. Regards
