Hi Forumers- we are called to choose a 5 -room (112sqm) and my wife and i is contemplating that we were opting out on flooring and doors. Do you guys have any idea how much will it cost us if we do it our self. Let say bedroom is using parquet /living is homo tiles (glossy white) door is timber except for toilet . any information is appreciated. thank you

I was selected to choose a HDB under BTO in Punggol Residence, and there are questions that i need to know before we finalize this transaction. 1.0) Does it worth, to get this HDB 2.0) What are the things needed to add before occupying the HDB 3.0) Do i need to do painting, need to add stove , kitchen sink , etc. Appreciate any responds that i can get.
