Hi , Just installed ME StarMex Inverter System 4 and the condenser unit is not as quiet as claimed ... Living Room FC = GA22 3x bedrooms FCs = GA10 Condenser Unit = 4A28 Living room is only abt 6m x 4m (LxB). Upon switching on living room Fancoil (GA22) with lowest fan speed ... Condenser unit will slowly become noisier and noiser ... it's loud in the night especially. If fan speed is changed medium or high ... Condenser unit immediately operate loudly. For bedrooms (3m x 4m), if only 1 bedroom fancoil is switched on with any fan speed, the condenser unit is operating at an acceptable noise level. However, if 2 bedrooms fancoils are switched on, the condenser start to operate loudly. The noise level is worst than my previous 9 years old Fujitsu non-inverter system 3. The ME starmex inverter system is installed by Gain City. Is this normal for inverter air-con system? Anyone having the same problem when using 4A28 outdoor condenser unit? Is this an installation problem or hardware problem? Confused.

Any advise where to get factory direct?

Had my installation done up yesterday ... Started at almost 10.15AM ended at about 6.30PM. Mitsubishi System 4 Inverter (9-9-9-22).

Hi all ... Newbie here ... Just signed with GC on Mitsubishi StarMex System 4 Inverter ... Pricing $3739 ... Is it alright? Come with 4A28 Compressor, 3x GA10 FC & 1x GA22 FC. Upgraded copper piping to grade 22 & 1/2" Armaflex Insulation with 16mm PVC piping. Pricing include removing existing aircon & install new aircon. Standard 5yrs warranty for Compressor, 1 yr warranty on accessories & 3 yrs warranty for workmanship. Is it worth to take up the extended 5yrs warranty worth $438? How is the workmanship of GC? Is there anything that we need to watchout when they install? Do GC charge extra for cutting a partial cornice for placement of the 42" fancoil unit? Thanks ...
