You guys know what should we do on our renovation start date? I saw someone buy hammer and hack the wall by themselves~ Can we just do nothing and let the worker do? hahaha.. we just stand aside and see them do can or not?

hahaha~~~ is it? How you know that is a good date?? I don't have any experience and i didn't hire any FSM~ I just simply take a chinese calendar to see only~haha ...even my wedding date i also choose by myself~ Myself act as a FSM ~~ hahahaha....

hahaha~~~ sama sama I called to Chelsea lighting shop just now~ they say their PLC light is aroung 10+ to 20+ SGD~~ So i think the price actually not as cheap as my friends told me leh~~ If got chance, i will go down to the Chelsea shop to view the quality and price~ Have anyone know this shop? Have any reviews? THanks

Actually i'm also not sure is it cheaper than SG~ But all my friends say the price for same quality is 50% less than Singapore~ Don't know is it true or not~ The VIP and the other 2 shops is on the same street~ The shop is beside the main road of tebrau highway and between the Taman Sentosa(大丰） and Taman Sri Tebrau （大马) .

Yesterday my contractor Jeffrey, tiler , false ceiling and electrician all come to my house to discuss the details~ We really satisfied with our contractor, because he notice many details that we never realise~ And he keep remind the electrician man he don't want to see any casing or light casing~ so some will hide behind the door and in the toilet~ Although maybe next time will be a bit troublesome to switch on or off the light~ but we agree what Jeffrey said, we want beautiful house and we hate casing too~ haha.. Jeffrey know if want electrician man do conceal casing will very expensive~ so he told the electrician man he no need to hack , his own worker will hack for him, then the cost won't count as conceal~ haha... Yesterday, we fix a date to start our renovation~ My mum and me choose this coming thurday it's because it is huang dao ji ri and we hope can do before hungry ghost month~ so if before that, this is the only good date~ So our renovation will start on 5th August 2010, Thursday, 11am Yeah!!!! so exciting~~ And we glad that we no need to move out our things, the tiler say they can help us to move another room together~ So i 'll just move out my piano to my brother house this coming Wednesday

This is the 3rd shop we went, the most satisfied shop within this 3. Shop's name is VIP This is the down light we want to use for whole house, RM 58 ~ The brand name is Laniber. The price is include the whole casing, 2 philips PLC light, 5 inches This light easier to change the bulbs, the head can turn until 45 degrees, and is horizontal position, is new design. This light we love it very much! We plan to put at our dining table~ This light come with LED light and remote control~ So we can switch is to normal warm light, or LED blue light, or both together~ RM 1000 This is the remote control

Last Saturday we went back to JB, and we take this opportunity to a few lighting shop~ Here is some picture that we took on that day~ It's 2 different shop, but i prefer the VIP lighting shop, the Alvin salesman really friendly and helpful~ The 1st shop we went, we didn't take any photo, bec don't like the salesman. The 2nd shop the boss also quite friendly.

Our house gonna renovate very very soon~ Our Toshiba system 4 want to sale~ Anyone interested? still in very good condition~ Why we change it? It's just because we gonna do a big big renovation, we will do whole house renovation ~ the contractor say he will rerun all the pipe, include air con pipe~ Although we not bear it , we still need to change it~ Because the air con condition still really really in good condition We just sale at SGD 700 for this system 4~ It's really worth it~ We very welcome who interested can just come to our house to view this system 4~ We dare to show you, because it's really still in very very good condition~ wahahaha..... ( keep repeating) But who interested must be hurry! Oh ok~~ thanks for ur remind~ heard from my friend too... but we decide to get the tiles by ourself~ because my husband have a friend who work in Hafary~ so we can get special discount~ luckily we don't have this problem. I thought he say the shower screen is without the glass door~ because all the ID charge me like that~ But he say the price for the shower screen is include the glass door too. So i won't find other company help me to do the shower screen anymore. And i told him u want his contact no. But he want me to tell u : So sorry, i don't do house So sorry, can't help you. But if u want me recommend you the false ceiling, i still can give u his contact.

Hey~~ it's my turn to visit your blog nw Our floor plan is similar but i don't have such nice window as yours leh~~ I love the window, but mine is haiz~ haha... And we have a island too, and also take is as our dining table....haha... so coincidence ~ this floor plan really difficult to arrange dining table. I will buy rain shower too. Because i plan to do conceal pipe, that's y the salesgirl and my contractor suggest us to use hansgrohe mixer (will conceal), for long term use, they say if i get normal product, if spoil, i need to hack my whole wall. But other accessories, they suggest me to use normal brand. All the kitchen and toilet accessories **** expensive~ we gonna have a big hole in our pocket ~ I understand how you feel ~haha....

hahaha... you're welcome~ Just now i call to the glass shop, they say the fixed glass panel and the glass swing door (1470 mm X 1800mm) total is $680 and it's include the installation fees already~ So i think that will be much much much more cheaper~ haha.. if you want to ask ID help you to do, maybe you can ask them do without the glass door, then after all done~ you can ask the glass shop cm and fix for you~ This is what we plan nw also ~haha.. tomorrow i will call them again~ will post the price to here~ and if i manage to contact my contractor, i ll ask him and give you his contact no.

Because he told me that he don't want to do HDB, he help us because he know us~ I will reply to you asap but the quote really quite reasonable? I jus find out my glass panel and glass door price is quite high~ I call to the glass company, they can help us to install too. The price almost less than 50% leh~ but don't know what's the quality~ I will go and find out again~ If really cheap and good, maybe can introduce to you also~ But i can introduce my false ceiling contractor, his name is ah xiong. He will do the false ceiling by himself not done by bangla, and he quite friendly too. After i compare so many places and my contractor Jeffrey even ask me let ah xiong do the false ceiling.
