Today we meet our electrician A Wen ( hair like 动力火车，haha..）at toa payoh after my husband work and my baking class. We bargain with him quite long time~~haha ... finally agree with $3000 all included~~ Look like expensive right? haha.. but we do a lot of things and we ask for many many electrician, i think almost 10 of them~ haha.... this is actually the cheapest price we ever ask. This is our quotation : ( he agree if i add on few more light and other points he won't charge single cents from me) Lighting point ( X 41-43 , with MK light switch and fix all the lights) Double Socket Power Point ( X 23, with MK power socket) D.B Box ( X 1 , we have to move our D.B Box to another place, so have to change and rerun the wire ) SCV ( X 4 ) Telephone ( X 1, CAP-5) Air Con Power Point and Switch ( X 1 ) Data cable CAP-6 ( X 5 ) Isolator for Air Con ( X 1) Oven, Microwave and Fridge Power Point ( will fix like heater switch in the wet kitchen, but the over, microwave and fridge will fix at dry kitchen) ( X 3) His price is the most cheapest that i found~ U guys have any cheapest than this? Can share?

5555555555555..........FINALLY i can online!!! This few days busy to pack things and move out for renovation~Everyday pack pack pack~ label label label~ Everything must pack inside the box, include my PC~~ 5555... that's why i can't online, i can't update my post and blog!! 55555555... Yesterday we even move and pack all things until midnight. NOW~!! FINALLY~~~ FINALLY we moved out, FINALLY i temporally no need to pack things, FINALLY i can drink my bubble milk tea and relax online, update my post my blog So touching, touching until wanna cry~~ hahaha........ 幸せ　 Today morning, we went back to our sweet and ugly house to start our renovation 开工大吉 ceremony~~~ yesterday i bought a hammer, wahahaha~~ like RT friends say~ hack the part i hatest and ugliest~wahaha...my husband also take half day leave go with me~ Today 吉时 is within 11am-1pm, but i didn't tell my contractor Jeffrey properly~ he though 11am is 吉时 must hack on the dot，so they reach there at 10.25am~ Oh my goodness~~~~ haha.... 10.25 i still easy easy and relax relax consider want to eat bee hoon or bread for my breakfast~~wahaha.. then contractor call me, i only know he reach already. Then my husband just buy 3 donuts then we eat on the road, and all the way take cab rushing back to Phoenix, our home~ haha... let them wait for 30mins, so pai seh Reach home just nice 11am, 吉时到！！！ then we all walk in our house and the worker start to demolish all the corning and the kitchen solid surface~ The sound is **** loud~wahaha... but very shiok when see the corning and solid surface all kena whack！！haha.... am i perverted？ This coming tuesday, will paste the permit at outside and start to hack all the wall and everything. My electrician give me the quotation too today~ The price is it reasonable? It's the lowest price that i found temporally~ We already check with 4 electrician~ hahahaha... What do you all think? Hahahaha... find contractor is really cheap~ some more find contractor, if the price he give you, u not satisfied, you can ask other worker to come. Like my contractor, his electric and false ceiling price not cheap , that's why i ask Ah xiong and Ah Wen to come. My contractor willing to coordinate with them too. You must tell and discuss with your contractor very clearly what you want~ Like me, sometimes still need to use my half pail water drawing skill draw and explain with him~ haha..

They charge PSF . You can choose some tiles that you like, then can ask for sample from the staff. You can ask them you can get how many % discount~ You can ask your contractor too, because normally i know the tiles shop will give 20% discount to them. So you can compare their price, which one is cheaper

haha~~ bu ke qi Yup~ i ask my contractor help me to lay the tiles But i get the tiles by my own then ask them to send to my house ~ I go Hafary and Soon Bee Huat to view the tiles~ But at the end i order my tiles with Hafary~ Because i get more discount from here and all the tiles i want they have stock, Soon Bee Huat business too good ald, most of the tiles i choose they don't have, need to wait. You can go this 2 tiles shop to view too~ you see the previous post i got upload the tiles show room at soon bee huat~
