Quite long time didn't update to you all~~~ haha... really busy~~~ My toilet tiles almost done~ Now still left the master bedroom toilet floor and they start to lay the floor tiles for my utility area and kitchen today~~ This is my toilet feature wall and dry area wall tiles The tiler is hacking the entrance part~ because we want it lower than the living hall This is my common toilet This is my master bedroom toilet~ The middle portion we gonna put a 4 " glass

Hahahaha.... Sshhhhh........ actually it's true la~~ really can't conceal~ but you check the reno blog, so many of the owner also conceal, some of them hack the concrete part some more~~ hahaha.... some of the ID and contractor not willing to do this, bec if really got any problem, is their responsibility~ My mixer actually is not conceal~ I will built a partition wall at there to box up my pipe~ So this not consider conceal, it's hide in the partition wall~~~~ hahahahah.....

My window were left by the previous owner~ the condition still fine so we not going to change~ We remove all the grilles because some of them spoil~ but we're not going to replace new grilles too~haha.. Wa~~ after u mention i only know leh~~ Thanks for your information~ Will let my sister know also, she's going to buy resale flat too.. I heard from my sis in law, if want to remove the rock spray will cost you a bomb, haha .. my contractor use partition board to cover some of the wall tiles~ bec he say no point to spent the money to hack the tiles, so he use partition board then cover with the water proof paint, he say is cheaper~ Will this cheaper than plaster? Maybe you can check with your contractor too..

wa~~~~ how come ur blk residents do like that? really not considerate lo~~~ We not 365days do reno, just about 6 weeks only also cry father cry mother~~ Luckily i haven't receive any call yet~ Only one time, the town council cm to our house to check the leak problem~ anyway ur reno will finish very very soon.... jus ignore them~ wahahaha....

Today the Hafary will delivery the tiles to us~ Don't know why i'm very nervous~~~ haha ....

Hahaha....actually that's good too~~ like us, overlay the tiles make our floor become higher, then do the false ceiling make our ceiling become lower~~ now we just like the sandwich biscuit, stuck in the middle~~ my husband quite tall, about 178cm~ So he jus simply jump a bit then will hit the ceiling~haha... so overlay the tiles can save cost but you will lost the height of the house too~

hahaha~~~~ yup!! the gas heater only have instant heater, they don't have those water tank~~ The hafary salesperson got mention this problem to us too.. but because last time when we rent house, the owner also use the water tank, then every month when the PUB bill come, we almost cry~ because the electric bill really really high~ So we scare ald, so think for long term~ we will not use the water tank. And because we are staying at low floor, and we find that our water pressure actually quite strong~ So we now just take it as gamble~~~ Bok heng nw~~~haha .... hopefully we won't regret, hopefully the water will not as small as what they say and our rain shower will feel like real rain but not like pee lo~~~ hahaha....

haha~~~ so far so good~ except the electrical work a bit slow haha.... but nvm, i believe everything will be fine~ The city gas quite good ar~ They just follow what my contractor tell them, all will hide in the cabinet except the main door can see a bit gas pipe~but my contractor say that one nvm, can box up~ I'm using gas heater~haha... so today they come to install the gas heater too~ How about u? Which one u plan to use? Ya lo~~~ very headache~~ But i'm quite enjoy, because i think this gonna be a good memory in my life~haha.. hope you have a smooth journey too ya~~

I just come back from my house~ Today the electrician will done the new DB box and all the works~ Then partition wall gonna fix by today~ The false ceiling will come within this 2 days~~ City gas will come on friday~~~ Hope everything will be very very smooth~~~~ haha....

Luckily my false ceiling haven't up, so they can just place the openet cable in my electric casing above the false ceiling We will built a full height TV console at this part, so the casing will cover up too The huge pipe like Malaysia Twin Tower in common toilet, hahaha~~~ Box up~~ Although the shower area in common toilet will become smaller but i really hate the pipe, so no choice~haha.... I love twin tower but not this ~

Today we made an appointment with openet at 9am, so i went back my house and see the progress. All the partition wall almost up already only some haven't cover both side because of the electrical. All the balcony pillar and living hall false ceiling ald done, and the false ceiling support almost done too except one of the room because we keep our belonging inside that room~ Now only left to cover it~ We don't worry this, haha... because my contractor say ah xiong and his team member work very fast~haha.. And this few days they start to box up and plaster the wall~ My contractor say now have to wait electrician complete his work, then all the partition wall cover~ Then false ceiling up, plaster the ceiling and paint the ceiling~ Then the tiler will come to lay the tiles~ he say the tiler need 2 weeks soooo long??? Then at last is paint the whole house, they carpentry~ Yeah~~~ I miss my house, i miss my nest~~~ Contruct the partition wall to cover the 凹 in living hall The partition wall up ald to divide my wet and dry kitchen~~ haha... my wet kitchen very small, but it's easier to wash after cook The partition wall in MBR up too~ we gonna swoop our door's direction, this partition wall gonna divide our bed with toilet and make our sleeping area more privacy The false ceiling in the living hall By kumikotamago

I really really strongly recommend my false ceiling Ah Xiong~~ Yesterday around 2pm he send everything to my house. Then today he finish all the ceiling suspension and balcony and living hall ceiling already up~ He say he will come back next week again because my electrician haven't finish his work. Ah Xiong come with his buddy, they both work really fast and really pro~ I like to see them work together~haha.... 合作无间，超级有默契！They no need to tell each other what he gonna do, then the other one will know and automatic help each other~~ really impress and thumbs up!! I not recommend my electrician Ah Wen ,although cheap but work like turtle lo~~~ Haiz~~~ faint a ~
