hey all~~ today i'm so happy~~ bec our toilet bowl and rain shower head finally up! and the water pressure is big big enough, my rain shower finally like rain not like pee~~ haha.... so happy

hahaha.... have have~~~ will upload asap~~ today finally look like a renovated house ~~haha .... Thanks my false ceiling sub con ah xiong and his partner help us to finish the irresponsible contractor's work~ we really appreciate

I give up ald~~~ after 3 weeks, my contractor finally call me ~ then we meet at site, then i told him i have to move in on 19th Nov... He say no problem, ok~ then... they plaster 1 day then stop again~~ and i can't find my contractor again since last Fri until today~ tmr is 19th Nov... No choice~ i check again and choose another date, 29th Nov.... And we change other sub con to finish the plaster, painting job and plumber~ My false ceiling Ah Xiong help me to settle the else job~ Tmr he will start work~~ Hopefully we can move in on time....

Finally! this morning my contractor call me and meet me at my place. He say his business in china got a bit problem want to settle.. anyway i always don't believe those contractor's excuse~~haha ... then we discuss the remain job and i set a deadline for him to finish~ Because we want to move back on 22nd Nov, so i set before 18th Nov he must finish everything~ Hopefully he really can make it~

we still left $4500 something haven't pay yet~ and they left plastering, painting and 4 timber wood doors. I keep calling and text him since 14 days ago. He never reply my call and sms as well.. I call his worker, and his worker say he ll cm back on monday, after monday, still didn't receive any call frm contractor. Then today i call his worker again, the worker say he will cm back on saturday~ Still left 3 days to saturday~ Should i wait for him? My false ceiling guy say he can help me to plaster, but he suggest me better wait until saturday see how's the contractor will do and answer me ~ Haiz~~ really angry! because this is not the 1st time, but normally he ll cm back 5-7 days~ but this time really too much! Last 2-3 times, we never mad at him and ask him any single word~ but this time, i really angry!

I'm very very super duper angry nw~ My house tiles all up~ after that no work at all, my contractor hp no one answer at all~ nw he still left plaster wall, painting job and fix the toilet's accessories and door~ What should i do now? Should i find someone else to finish it? Or we should wait him until next week?

Last 2 years i went there, is really cheaper than normal~~ last time i bought 1 42" TV $1450, on that time is really cheap la!! although now is cheaper la hahaha....but this is TV market rate lo, getting cheaper and cheaper. I'm thinking of my fridge position~~ I just realise if i put the fridge at the corner, the the door of the fridge sure can't open fully right? Is it better that if i change the position with either oven or the storage?

Hi~~ I also busy to do research for my oven recently, if you don't mind, i can give you some of my opinion~ If this 2 ovens let me choose, i will buy the Bosch, because base on the model that you choose for this 2 brand, the bosch function is more than the electrolux, and the bosch have child proof lock while for electrolux, this model don't have. If your wife will do some grilling, maybe you also can consider to buy a oven with pyrolytic or CATALYST self cleaning function. For me, this function is quite important, bec clean the oven is not an easy job~especially the top and bottom part near the elements. haha... hope my little info can help you a bit

Actually i'm not beginner baker~ i have a microwave oven and a $95 oven before~ Now my house under renovation, that's why we plan to buy a good and pro oven~ Actually i want to get a oven which have pyro cleaning with top heat function~ But after i do the research, i can't find any oven with top heat only, they only have bottom heat or both together with fan I need top heat to bake kuih lapis~ Haiz~~ De Dietrich salegirl told me i can use the medium top grill for that, but will not as good as those oven with top heat function~ That's why i still considering which oven should i have~~~ Anyone know got any oven that have pyro cleaning and top heat only function? Thanks

Hi vicenzo and all pro pro HTS user here~~~ This is me & my husband 1st time buy Sound system, and today we jus went down to Harvey Norman to test the HTS. The salesman has recommend the - Onkyo 608 receiver + - Mirage MX 5.1 (not floor stander speaker, it's a very small hanging top speaker) or - Jamo S606HCS3 or - Onkyo HTS-728 He keep saying the mirage speaker very good, next time i won't complain too dusty and the sound is 360, so even though we not sit in the center or walk around also can feel the effect~ is that true?? I jus read through this thread frm 1st page to this page, i find that you all really pro, know how to choose different brand for different part~~ which i don't know at all~ Hope you guys can help me~~~ May i know which brand and model that u will suggest to me? We will use it in a common room as a entertainment room~ can you help me to write out the model no. too? Hi~~ I also using the citygas water heater and hansgrohe rainshower~haha ..... but my renovation haven't done yet~ So i can't tell you how's the result:dunno: But what i heard from the hasgrohe salesman, they actually not suggest, bec mayb at the end you can't really get the rainshower feel~ But we still insist to install the citygas water heater, bec my house is low floor and the water pressure for my house is quite big, so think for long term, then we "bok" lo~ haha.. I may start use it frm end of oct, you two rush? if not rush, after i use it, i share with you my feel again~haha
