We design the house by ourselves, we even dry the design and show him how to do. Haha~~~ nope! my contractor didn't did a great job!He's not a good contractor~ if u read previous post u ll know~ he do half way then run, can't contact him at all~ my house jus leave there 1 month no work at all~ i feel helpless and sit & cry on the toilet bowl **** hall which delivered 1 month no one help me to fix ~ after that we decided to get other else to finish his work~ My husband even become electrician and do all the electric works by himself~ my canpenter still not bad~~ my false ceiling contractor very good~

Haha~~~Thanks ya easyeasy Yup~~ my hands ok now~ jus sometimes accidently hit the wound still a bit hurt only~ my wardrobe? u want which wardrobe? the hob and hood is electrolux and we bought frm mega discount. i can't really remember the price bec i lost the receipt which we trying to find that quite long time ald.Will let u know once i found my receipt. but i confirm we paid $5000 for: - electrolux inspiro oven (about $3000) - electrolux hood - electrolux hob - samsung steam microwave - $100 deposit for Samsung TV all this items after lum sum discount is $5000 and my hood can consider built in too~ we jus ask the carpenter fix ngam ngam for us.

This is our MBR. We don't have bed frame. We built up a platform with 7 storage space and 4 drawers as our bed base. haha~~ Because we really have too much things to keep. MBR Toilet MBR toilet Hansgrohe Pura Vida Rain Shower~ Really really SHIOK!Worth it!

And this is my wet kitchen. We sacrifice the big wet kitchen to smaller size for Dry kitchen. But it's worth it! And easier to clean after i cooked. hahaha.... And Entrance to my Laundry Area~ My lovely laundry area This done by my husband. I love this very much~~~ This is not Mc Donald Dustbin ya~~ haha... This is the place where we put our dirty clothes before wash. This design made easier for us to throw in the clothes. This is common toilet. We seal the door to service balcony.

This is my dining area Aka Dry Kitchen. We hack the wall, and built up a fake wall and change the wet kitchen entry to entrance there. Done by me~~~ DALA~~~ My Precious Oven~ Really a good oven~ Worth it!

We bought a shoes rack from ikea, and ask the carpenter custom made a shoes cabinet. Decorate done by me~~ DALA~~ This is our living room. We level up the balcony floor and built a solid wood platform. Change the balcony area to part of the living area. This is the platform in our living hall

hahahaha..... ya~~~ we shifted in since 29th Nov.. They come for fixing cabinet and frame for mirror before, this is the 3rd time. I think still need 1 more time for toilet vanity top, shoes cabinet and my island~~~ Hope can finish asap~~~ the smell of glue really make me feel dizzy~~

hi ~ bec we get the home loan from maybank, when i bought the house, their rate is quite good! Then if i get home loan with them, for the renovation~ the 1st 10K for 1st year, they will totally wave the interest for us. So we get the loan frm them not RHB. May i know the rate for RHB is how much?

Hey~~ really thanks for all ur concern ^_^ I'm ok nw, don't worry~ jus need to clean the wounds often and don't eat anything like seafood and egg.. And try not to use that hand then will not feel pain. The glass boss cm to our house personally after my husband called him. He also say it's impossible to break, they install so many times also nothing happen. Then ask me is it i open too fast or what. My husband told him i didn't, but the boss keep repeating say it's impossible, then ask me again is it i open too fast. My husband ask him back, eventhough open too fast also shouldn't be like this right. All the glass is tempered glass, have the tempered glass stamp at all the glass corner. And they say if this is not tempered glass, will be more seriously, mayb i ll not be here, hahaha.... then they say tempered glass will cut but not kill. We didn't ask for any conpensation nw at all, Don't know what should we do and what should we say. The glass boss ask his worker come to clean all the break glass in the same evening and he say will replace the new glass for us. But so far until nw almost one week, we didn't receive any call from him again. Don't know they ll still come back to fix the glass or not. We jus pay 50% for the payment nw, haven't clear the payment. My cotractor Jeffrey, i think he's too busy for the commercial works, and mayb he think that our house can't earn much~ So he just leave like that. Luckily we jus pay few hundred dollars more than what he done for us. Ah xiong's contact no is 82836360. You just tell him is Ah Wen & Khoo introduce u to him will do. Nw our house almost done, only wait for carpentry works. And we change to Karen to help us to do. Ah Xiong and other worker all call her " dai ga jie" hahaha.. Anyway~~ Thanks for all ur concern. The most serious wound on my left hand. Need 7 stitches and another 1 need to cut for remove glass. And i had scan for 7 X ray. Until nw i still scare for glass.

Hi~ Long time didn't update.. We jus move back on 29th Nov, but our irresponsible contractor jus gone without any call and inform us. So we find another contractor to introduce plumber and tiler to finish the skirting and install toilet accessories for us. And i ask the false ceiling Ah Xiong help me to finish the plastering. Then we do the chemical wash by me and my husband... Yes! We do the chemical wash, Electric work, and some plastering work by ourself. Now we waiting for carpentry work, the new contractor say need 2 more weeks ll be done and can come to my house to fix it. So i hope can be done before christmas. And.... another things i want to report is.... That day the Glass Company come to my house to fix the glass door and shower screen. And my common toilet shower screen is those sliding door without bottom track. They come and fix on last wednesday, and i wash and clean the toilet at the same night. After i cleaned, then i jus slide the sliding door. Once i slide it, i heard " Pomp"~~ The whole shower screen jus break and all my hands and leg cut by the tempered glass. SO i want to tell u all, pls beware for the glass door.... Open it slowly, especially if u not sure the door is it fix properly. Mt husband help me to take some photos as a proof, sorry if the photos make u feel not comfortable. All my family members say we should sue the glass company. But we not sure what should we do and should we do this.

Hi~ My electrician can't make it. Get our 1st payment then didn't cm for work, then after very long time we only know he use our money to buy another owner material. Then we bought the material for him to start work, but until half way we can't take it, bec he always didn't cm for work as he promise. So we see his work ald worth the 1st payment then jus ask him no need to come. My husband continue the following job. Then now he finish everything. SO the cheapest and decent electrician for me is my husband..... hahaha... want me borrow him to u two?
