  1. The truth is that, You Get What You Pay For. Most of my household items are Japan made, they are very lasting. Sometime, you really hope that they quickly spoil so that you can buy new one..HAHAHA.
  2. None so far...lol. Cause I am looking for 1 also. Any bros/sis know of please recommend.
  3. Thanks Bro for your feedback. I will seriously look into getting this model, however, I have space problem as my previous National 7Kg top load washer occupies a smaller area. Might not fit the new Hitachi.
  4. I would say Mitsubishi better, compressor quieter. I have regretted purchasing a Sharp when comparing it with a Mit (~4years ago), was attracted because of the Plasmacluster. Turnout compressor noisy in the night. Actually, I am comparing it with my National (Made in Japan) model, no noise at all.
  5. HI All, I have the Roomba 500 series Original Side Brush (six Arm- New mod) for Sale, bought extra, so now selling at S$10.00 each, I have only a few pieces.
  6. ANyone using this Washer model? care to write a review..e.g Power & Water efficiency, noise level, laundry weight..etc, thanks in advance.
  7. I'll take Rinnai anytime. Quality is excellent! Own a unit for 2 1/2 years without any problem. Easy to clean and looks nice compared to my previous Zerowatt, which broke down couple of times within a span of ~7 years. Side track alittle, I have been using a Rinnai (gas) instant water heater for the past 11 years without a single problem and is still going strong, just need to replace the battery for the ignitor every 8mths or so. Btw, someone mentioned in an earlier post that it is from Indonesia, correct me if I am wrong, it is a Japanese brand. Japan made versions of some hobs are normally more pricey, however, quality is by far the best.
  8. Wow Bro, Congrats man! what a way to make a great deal, its a whopping S$500 bucks cheaper from my first quote!! I guess must be competition among the manufacturer or perhaps a newer model on the way, what say you.
  9. I am not too sure if just regular servicing will help cause the guys from Mit are as blurr as the product itself. For fan coil blowing water out, they could not solve problem. I think on the 3rd visit, they pasted felts on the vanes to absord water..permanent solutions??? you tell me. I have total repaired 4 times within first year!
  10. Bro, i am heading down to the electrical at Expo, seeya!
  11. Wah piang eh, I didn't know there was a HN sales at expo. You sure they gave you a brand new set and not showroom set? The best I've got was 2.3K after asking for the pass 8 months leow, normally I'll buy from neighborhood electrical store at Jurong west, you've heard of Kong tai?
  12. Wow bro, what price you've got it at? The lowest I get was 2.3K, don't tell me you got it for less than 2K! What about any extended warranty?
  13. Must be collecting customer database lah. Probably for future promotion mailers, sms's and whatever sales tactic. Anyway, they should built their own reputation by being honest, trustworthy in their dealings to win over csutomer's loyalty, right bros?
  14. Fully agree with you bro. Both Daikin & Sanyo the most reliable make. My last a/c was a Daikin but compressor broke down after 7 years so I thought no good, therefore I went for a Mit, now regret big time. Planning to switch back to Daikin once the mit kaput. Yes, Gc must be getting good returns pushing mit a/c, when i was talking to Gc a/c mech about mit a/c, their respond was quiet, I guess they knew this a/c is problematic, probably in their mind they were saying, seow leow, taichi leow leow (problematic a/c)..lol
  15. Thanks bro, I also beo this model very long leow, because my current National (Made in Japan) very tahan, want to spoil also difficult. Lol. I prefer Japan made, setback is that price is high. However, durability is definitely better than most brand and contry of origin. You agree?
  16. Getting an LG? Korean made? think again sis.
  17. Bro, I am making a very best bet now, is it a Mit StarMex a/c?
  18. Yes bro, you're right! The motors are made from the same factory. Panasonic owns KDK. And btw all folks out there, forget about other funny no-chap brand, KDK is the best fan money can buy, try asking any electrical contractor, they'll only choose KDK. Fyi, my home got 2 KDK's, 1 National (now branded as Panasonic) and 1 Relite ceiling fan, cheers.
  19. stay clear from this seller Gc, once they encounter problem of their own, they will start to play taichi. I had this almost similar case with them about 3 years ago. If you had posted earlier of buying a mit a/c, I will tell you to stay clear from this brand, mine first day broke down! Gave me all sorts of silly excuses both mit staff and Gc. Btw, mine is 4+1, within 1 year got to call for mit direct service 4 times! The only advantage is save electricity, the rest is just gimmick! Don't be fooled by Jack neo's adverts, he is just making a living as a celeb. Goodness gracious!! This is going to be me first and definitely the last brand in my mind.
  20. LOL! yeah, I have a Jamis bike but I didn't sell any bike on-line. Have u seen a bike ad like mine?
  21. Thanks to All who have contributed. Any user of this Hitachi model washer/dryer suggestion welcome. I am trying to know if the water comsumption/power/durability compare with Top load 8kg. Cheers!
