Thanks to Supersimon, we have managed to engage Henry to do our reno. Hacking started last wed. So far all is good Here's some pix hack away wall inbtw entrance & kitchen, change entrance of common toilet make good the walls and sealing up the old toilet entrance hack balcony doors , making it part of living area

Supersimon, sorry ah, a few questions to ask you hor: 1) The cove lighting at kitchen - is it T5 lighting? Bought from? Price? 2) How much is the toilet bowl and sink ah? I know you had an issue with Lookz, but we like this toilet bowl leh... and think we saw it somewhere else... 3) You using bi-fold door for toilet? PD? This time round bought a built in oven and hope I can also bake nice nice things for my family. BTW, understand that De Dietrich's product are increasing their price by 5%-15% from the 15 Oct. So if you are eyeing something right now, do quickly place an order

Ok, I've just signed with Henry. So now I'm officially in the Henner's club Henry is really a funny guy. We were at his shop from 11am - 2pm just to get him to do up the revise quote so that we could sign and pay deposit. He is really sweet to help us apply the HDB permit today too cos we wld like to start the renovation asap. Oh, btw, just FYI, if anyone is thinking of getting De Dietrich products, I understand that their prices are going up by 5%-15% from 15 Oct onwards, so do place your order soon Cheers

Actually I agree lah, his price is quite reasonable. Think the most impt thing is good workmanship + attitude + service. We keep you guys posted once we sign with him

Think if all ok, will go down sign contract by Tuesday latest so that can start work asap. But hor, I don't know how to bargain with him leh... he so nice... any tips...;-p

Hi coffee-o, sorry i miss your post. I have not decided if I'll be using Jason, understand he's very busy and is turning down projects... I went to view one of the flat today @ Jurong West st. 61. But becos he didn't do the kitchen of that unit, it's quite hard to assess leh... He mentioned that HomeMaster's kitchen is not fully up yet, so maybe can go later when it's ready.
