Hi, the model no. is GAX 110-45, the bowl size is 450x400x190. It cost abt $300. Made in Italy, that's why the guy say... They hv another model similar to this, SSX 110-45, 450x420x200, they quoted me $209. But this is made in China. Frankly I don't know if can see the diff btw the Italy & the China made one BTW, I got it from Asia Excel.

Hi, I got 2 different design of top-hung door and the material used very different. The 1st one very good to slide, smooth, think it's metal ball-bearing kind. The 2nd one not as smooth, look into the track can see something blue, not sure what material thot. My hubby say shd be ok after some lubrication, I hope so too...
-
Hi, ya, the 2 'rings' are for pull/push. But this is also a top-hung door.
-
Ya, I would think this one is more sturdy. But I paid lesser then $380, and that's thru' contractor. I'm sure you can get it cheaper
-
Ya, very high.... 2x more
-
I have not look at the final bill yet, thing it's ard $300+ Anyway, the bi-fold part of the door is different. Hmm... you see, the 1st one it closes this way. As for the 2nd one, I don't hv a pix showing the fold, but if you realised, there is a centre pc (where the lock sits) which is fixed. Then the 2 panel will be 'tuck' into it... not sure if you understand what I mean, but think it's safer if there are young kids @ home. Will try to take a pix of it.

My personal experience, since I've got 2 sets of top-hung bi-fold door now... The 1st set of bi-fold door is very sturdy, easy to slide, the only problem is... I don't like how the handle was done. Thus, the 2nd set of bi-fold door (this pix not mine, but it looks exactly the same). This looks really nice, but it's a little shaky, not as sturdy as the 1st one. I think the uncle who came and install our 2nd set of door commented that the 1st door better (he kind of agree that the material used for the 1st set is better as compare to the 2nd set) BTW, they are from 2 different company. So now, I've got a brand new, sturdy, quite nice bi-fold door sitting inside my master toilet (actually 2 sets, cos I got 2 doors for my master toilet ) and I don't know what to do with it....

Yalor, was quite worried cos I stay on very high flr... which flr are you staying? I know it's the highest...

And here's the wooden bi-fold door for our common toilet.

Hi Jas, good to see you Yes, they are all very nice people
-
Just for you Simon The table top is VERY HEAVY.... good thing it can still fit into a lift... See how many people they need to move it So here's how the island looks with the table top Here's the cooking area. Have yet to peel off the protection sheet for the stainless steel backing And here's the sink with the tap & soap dispenser

Still up at this hour? Ah boy sleep liao ah
-
Hi Simon, no worries, not fighting Anyway, the guys came to install the bi-fold door today. He got a shock and thot he went to the wrong hse, hahaha... He say 'install liao mah, why ah?' Kekekeke, so we explain lor... but hor, he say he feels the 'old' one is better then the 'new' one he's installing, think he mentioned something abt the one being square edge and the other is round edge, really don't understand. But he somehow acknowledge that the 1st set of door is of better material (They are from 2 different company)... so now the 2 extra bi-fold door sitting in the toilet don't know what to do with them... Henry called and discuss abt the door thingy... he say... hmm... you think we can split this... or you can top up $xxx... but if you only willing to pay as little as $20 I also ok one.... Initally I really don't intent to pay anything, cos feel that it's not my fault... but later think think aiya, I also got fault mah, I never ask to see design and assume... so his thot different fr mine mah... so not entirely his fault too. So top up a nice nice $xxx figure for him lor... Anyway, it's over and I'm quite happy with the look of the door It's like your lor Simon, nice nice Today, the solid top for the kitchen is up too, will try to post pix later Cheers

Pls see my reply above. Think I've mentioned and I don't deny the fact that that there were some miscommunication btw me and Henry regarding the bi-fold door. I also did admit that it's my fault for not checking / ask for sample / drawings etc for the look of the bi-fold door... A blog is a place where we voice our thots aloud, and I appreciate your time in reading mine. I gathered that since you are also using Henry, you would want to know what's going on with the rest of the Henner club's reno. So far my experience with Henry has been a good one, just some things I thot we shd be careful abt when communicating to our respective contractor/ID. Cheers

Hi, saw them at one of the corner shop at Alexander Village, they sell alot of Electrolux stuff. The other place is the HN @ Bukit Panjang, so I presume all HN will have? Cheers
-
Hi, we got this from Lighcraft @ 33.50 But I believe this kind of downlight shd be quite common (not the same brand thot) and could be found in most light shops.
