Hi Simon, ya, think it's designer light lah... but don't think we got the 'original' one lah... hahahahah We were using this same pendant lamp 10yrs ago and we really like it... but we broke it sometime in the 6th yr when my hubby was trying to wash it. Been searching ard for the same one but in vain. The one that is mostly sold outside is the smaller version. So we are very glad to find this same lamp in one of the shop along Jln Besar. We paid $256 for it

Hi, we bought our lights from Lightcraft, so I think the price might be a little more ex. The LED for the living room (the big one) cost ard $181 each. And each of them need a driver that cost $43. The casting for 2 LED cost $60.50 The LED for the balcony (the smaller one) cost $130.84 each. I'm sure there are other places selling LED. Think even Sim Lim will hv, but might hv to hunt for them specifically. I remembered Seashell uses LED too, and she bought it directly from China, so it will definitely be cheaper. You can check with her for contact Let me know if I can help in anyway Cheers

Hmm... you mean adding a handle inside? Don't think it's feasible leh... Anyway, he has already ask another sub-con to redo my door liao... so he asking if I can 'top-up' abit or not lor... there's room for discussion lah, not entirely his fault cos I didn't check the design, thinking that all bi-fold door are pretty std (and that's what he say too, standard). Think changing the door is inevitable (can be hazardous for kids actually), just need to work out the 'magic number' Thanks again

Thanks We are not sure abt the cost for the custom made furnitures, have yet sit down and talk to designer on this yet. You might want to drop by their office/showroom and check with them. I understand they are able to give you a rough quote base on measurement taken from the flr plan.

Ya, heard that from alot of people too... 3 guys came over to do the installation, 1师傅, 1 师兄 (quite young), 1 徒弟 (much older then the 师兄)... other then the 徒弟 not so good, the 师傅 and the 师兄 very good. My hubby was very specific with his requirement, and on the spot he wanted to change some stuff. The 师傅 will say : ok, you let me think... then after abt 10mins, he will tell my hubby how he will go abt doing the changes/amendments, very steady We like the flexibility cos when we were telling our designer our requirement, he will tell us cannot this, cannot that. But the same request we ask 师傅, all can be done But think my kitchen abit complicated ba, they took 2 full day to finish it... remember tuababy mentioned they managed to finish their kitchen in 1 day

Continuing from the previous page, here's the lighting for our balcony We are using track lighting with LED lights for that area. We intend to have a vertical garden on one side (hopefully... if not too lazy...) and the other side will be the kids area. And here, our cute, young, handsome electrician
