Thanks de_Pierre for your useful comments. Solution 1 is not a wise choice as we have paid our ID well to do a good job and quality works are expected. I have "complained" to my ID again on this and he finally agree to change new drawers for those with scatches. Thanks again for your reply.

Hi All, Would like to seek opinion from forumers on this thread whether the scratches found on my kitchen drawer are acceptable as shown in below pictures. My ID commented that his carpenter said that scatches are inevitable when there are constant opening and closing. However, I find it hard to accept when the house is not yet handover to me to use.

If I didn't hear the hdb officer wrongly, if you are collecting key before 15th of the month, you need to pay for that month.

Hi Bk79 Neighbors, Just to check with those who has collected the keys. I will be collecting keys next week;last week of feb. Does the 3 months' service and conservancy charges start counting from the month of Feb onwards? Or it is pro-rated for the month of Feb?
