hi all. my place is being renovated by Ah Soon. last night when i visited my place around 9pm, --Uncle Soon's pLASTERer /tILER seng did not int even lock up my place when they leave!!!! ... hall windows open, 2 bedrooms- windows mostly open (if it rains then bedrooms' parquet floor might be damaged not that its now not already damaged uncle soon never protect with cardboard or anything) Most power switches left "on".. & 1 mobile- light switched on -- illuminating dunno what .... ... my 3 loos' concealed wiring/ power points also nearly never taken into consideration when tiling....

Hi jesslyn, Apologies for hijacking your blog & many thanks for letting me clear doubts here. Thanks all ( rondy, F4 & BD...) for tips- get in writing -stuff agreed with uncle soon , hopefully doing so will minimise hiccups I have clearly conveyed my reasonable requests to uncle soon & he agreed way before reno started but he ignored them ( he did not forget), did not even bother to tell me, I only discovered so on mid-day site visits.. If I can get uncle at all , all I hear from him is how busy he is , how tied -up are his many projects , he has no time... his woes... ie I mus now accede to & accept 'the best' that he can offer even if its contrary to my humble requests

congrats..got progress on your side... i think after call from Ivy, he bucked up, sent plumber to my place but he' s still avoiding my calls... most of my requests (made b4 signing of quotation & repeated again & again) --never happen, he say this & that --- never happen-- he's literally "unbelievable"! he acts as if i am being oh so difficult when stuff have been agreed upon b4 signing of quotation... freakin ridiculous... beware!!!

Yo Trev met him... but stil stuck at hack ( 1 more panel) & dispose stage... when is your plumbing (b4 wiring rt?) & wiring starting? did he give u any sort of timeline? he kinda told me e timeline 4 my plc but am stil confused.. hazy read somewher ... plumbing b4 tiling as tilers more skilful at accomodating ' holes' u double check.... fini
