the reputable brands i've seen so far are cheers and lazyboy ...the rest is all just paying for designer names if want really cheap but no warranty can try seahorse brand recliners

can u advise me how to combine the HTS together with ID and electrician ? do i tell the ID that i will have an HTS than he will plan the layout of the tv feature wall ? or do i look for a HTS first than with the HTS consultant's design , show it to the ID ? what i need is a tv feature wall which can effectively hide all the cables but also provide good access to them should there be upgrades or whatsoever can u please advise how to go about doing that ?

i already have a house design persay in my mind already but if i tell the ID that i want to use mostly IKEA stuff will they allow ? i also need someone to help me design L box , install cove/downlights , install ceiling fans , design and build cabinet/feature walls and mount Ikea shelves and cabinets etc etc if like that should i go for ID or contractor ?

if limited space can try samsung or LG's washer cum dryer...can be had for ard 900++ for samsung and 1000++ for LG look out for weekend offers which can sometimes drop to as low as 700++ for samsung ( i got mine at 700++ @ courts) fridge just go for 3 ticks and the design u like best .... size for 2 person if never cook alot 250-300L should be enuff liow

i also recommend soo seng but although they kindda screwed up the installation of my wardrobe price wise is very much cheaper ....EL**e movers quoted me $500 ++ , one company forgot what name jit tao tell me cannot move my 240 cm wide wardrobe cause too big , but soo seng transport only quote me $350 to move all my stuff even some things which were not included in the initial quotation Thumbs up to soo seng , but be careful of some of their staff, very bengish and short tempered
