Call me Kaypo, but after reading this thread I ready can't stand it anymore. I feel sorry and angry even it is none of my business. First of all, let me clear up one thing. I'm not a contractor nor a client of Ah Soon too. I'm just a guy who just brought a HDB apartment looking for a contractor. If the exiting clients of Ah Soon want to get your reno complete soon. I feel that all of you should stand together. Boycott Ah Soon until the outstanding jobs are clear! Do yourself and other a favour by putting your renotalk ID, commencing date, status of the reno now. Update regularly in this tread till your reno is completed. eg: ID: User101 Commencing date: 01 Aug 09 Status: 50% done For those who had their home done by Ah Soon and want to help, please remove his name from your forum signature and STOP RECOMMENDING him to other. At lease until he competed the BACK LOG here. If you are meeting this Ah Soon, let him know he is being boycotted on renotalk till he completed the back log. Hope this help to push him to complete the jobs faster and good luck. -

I have a "prescription" to your problem. One day call him 3 time (before meal). Before sleep call him 1 more time. You should see improvement in 7 days. If not you got to see a specialist. -

The crowd behavior theory is that people who are in a crowd act differently towards people than those who are thinking individually. The minds of the group would merge together to form a way of thinking. Each member's enthusiasm would be increased as a result, and one becomes less aware of the true nature of one's actions. Sometime, people Q without knowing what or why they are Q-ing. Predictably Irrational -

I'm not against anybody, I just find it unbelievable how people can take all the sh*t from this "superstar" Ah Soon. If it is not for this forum, I believe he will be out of business long ago. Break & Stop this "Herd instinct" -

After reading this thread, I think I'll give Ah Soon a miss. I ready need to you people. Spend money, yet need to him to do his job. Herd instinct? No matter how good this Ah Soon is, flying airplane on customer, empty promises, 4 month reno is unacceptable. Why spend money and yet need to chase after him to complete his jobs? I feel that, You guys here should ban him to let him know he is not the only contractor around. -

Hi Tyseng, Yours is consider very low, compare to the quote I got for my new home. Will be calling Hoe Bee, Ah Soon and another contractor recommended by a fellow forumer. Any comment or other recommendation? Attached below is the quotation I got from a "Old friend" contractor that my family had been using since I'm a kid. There is a Chinese saying "Own people easier to slaughter" quotation for my 4rms flat Thanks in advance
