20 Jan, exactly 6 weeks: The "official" move in date, The same day the Sentosa hotels opening. although the metal gate will not be ready till 23 Jan, we choose to move in on the 20 Jan because it is consider a very good day for moving and opening. My custom make master bedroom's bed and TV console will not be ready too. However they are going to deliver the dinning table, coffee table and loan a King size bed and TV console on 20 Jan.

My Condo in Changi Court have a high ceiling in the living too. It come with 2 huge air-con blowers.

HDB are design for single loading, so you can't build "another build up area". It is not truth that all condo can build "another build up area", it depend whether they are build for double loading.

Wow! High ceiling, I like Don't create "another build up area", unless you ready need the space. High ceiling look majestic! Make full use of the ceiling, play with lighting. Create a "WOW" not a "EEH" effect.

The contractor I'm using is good and one of the lowest quote I got for my own house renovation. If you are interested let me know.

I feel that all of you should stand together. Boycott Ah Soon until the outstanding jobs are clear! Do yourself and other a favour by putting your renotalk ID, commencing date, status of the reno now. Update regularly in this tread till your reno is completed. eg: ID: User101 Commencing date: 01 Aug 09 Status: 50% done For those who had their home done by Ah Soon and want to help, please remove his name from your forum signature and STOP RECOMMENDING him to other. At lease until he competed the BACK LOG here. If you are meeting this Ah Soon, let him know he is being boycotted on renotalk till he completed the back log. Hope this help to push him to complete the jobs faster and good luck.

If you read the thread right back from Nov 09. When AS stop answering call from his victim and start MIA and yet AS still "Call-up" one person. You will realized that this person is the only one, who is always in contact with AS. Sometime even as a messenger. At 1 point, I even thought that this person work for AS. When HO was delayed for 4 month this person are still talking about money saving from engaging AS. Go figure out ...........
